"I strongly advise against visiting this place for food or lodging. First of all, despite being advertised as a hotel, they informed us just a week before our check-in date that there would be no accommodations available, even though we had booked months in advance. More importantly, the restaurant was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, we learned that the already limited menu (about eight main options) did not include the day's catch or fish and chips, which meant a quarter of the menu was unavailable. After placing our order, we waited an astonishing 1.5 hours for our first dishes to arrive. When they finally did, the meals of chicken and chips were disappointing—the chips were fried in old oil and far too crispy to be considered decent. The chicken also appeared questionable in terms of doneness, so we didn't feel safe eating it. After waiting for an additional 15 minutes with no sign of the rest of our food (1.75 hours after our initial order), we decided to leave. The only bright spot was the staff, who remained friendly and apologetic throughout our experience."

I was pleasantly surprised by the starter at this restaurant, especially after reading many negative reviews. It was not only huge but also delicious. Despite being a bit short-staffed, our young server was pleasant, polite, and on point, as were the bar staff. The main course was slightly overcooked, but overall, it was a good meal.

I recently visited a very welcoming pub in the charming town of Mullion. I decided to try their Sunday carvery, and I was extremely impressed. The roast pork was particularly outstanding, and the variety of vegetables was excellent. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area, but I suggest making a reservation in advance as it was completely booked when I went.

We have just had a fantastic meal out with friends at The Mounts Bay Inn . The whole place is finished to a very high standard , the staff are friendly and very efficient. Our Meals were second to non and can highly recommend you visit either just for a drink or for a wonderful meal! The menu has something for everyone and very reasonably priced. We had our wedding reception at The Mounts Bay and honestly couldn't have asked for more!! They were super amazing, the food was absolutely gorgeous, the decor and the staff were all so so great!!! Our day was so special, and don't think it would've been half as special without the part that Cheryl, Peter and the team played. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!! Thank you all for helping make our day extra special and perfect xxxxxx

Very welcoming atmosphere. Staff were very friendly, attentive service during the meal without being overbearing. The food was excellent, so much so we went back the following two nights, and were just as impressed. Good selection of beers, wines and Tarquins, my wife's new favourite tipple. Prices are very reasonable and menu choices varied, although fish dishes are dependent upon local catches. Highly recommended, will definitely be taking the occasional day trip to eat there again.
