There was no milkshake glasses available and got charge full amount for a small plastic cup, he walked away left milkshake maker running for ages. Service was awful. All staff were rude and scruffy! Ver carta

Called for a quick snack at lunch time, food was fairly good as were drinks, price was ok but person serving us lacked a lot of people skills, never said please thank your any other form op polite conversation.

First time in this cosy little cafe. Hubby said it was THE best mocha he’d ever had and my hot chocolate was Goldilocks (not too sweet, not too chocolaty, just right! Nice attention to detail regarding presentation with very friendly counter staff. Definitely worth another visit

myself and my best friend stopped in here for a drink and a cake. it wasnt too busy and we were able to get a seat easily. the cakes were decent sized portions, but the coffee cake was nice but didnt taste of coffee at all so was a bit disapointing. the prices were what you would expect to pay. I was on my way to Costa when I noticed the scones in the counter here they looked lovely so I thought I’d try it out! I had a large latte and it was excellent. Well made and good temperature. Far superior to Costa and the scone was soft and delicious too. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the Mall.

Been here before and really enjoyed the food we ordered, today we had chicken, chorizo and mozzarella panini and roast chicken pasta bake. Yes it was tasty but it could have been warmer, I saw the waitress looking on a list to see how long to do the pasta bake in the microwave but it just wasn’t warm enough. Not the cheapest but Will try again. Enjoy

Although the staff and food was ok. A man came in with his family pointed his fingers at my daughter and then threw his arms back and stool his chest at her to. My 13 year old daughter has autism and severe social anxiety and was left in tears by him sadly I was getting the drinks and food a few feet away from her and didn’t see him do it. We identified the grey haired man and the security where shown the cctv video. Sadly my daughter wanted to go home and after weeks of me trying to get her to go into town she is adamant she never wants to go again all she wanted was a phone case. Ver carta
