"On Friday, June 3rd, my family gathered at the Bony Inn for a meal. We had family members traveling from Leeds and Chester, so we chose this restaurant as a meeting point. We had a table reserved for 13/14 people and were required to pay £10 per person in advance. We arrived on time, ordered drinks at the bar, and paid separately to make splitting the bill easier. I ordered the chicken platter, which was tasty but disappointingly small for the price. For my main course, I had the fish and chips, which was average and not very warm. My wife had the chicken Kiev, which was dry and lacked the garlic butter we had enjoyed in the past. The chocolate dessert was the highlight of the meal. When it came time to split the bill, we were told to pay the full amount individually and the excess would be refunded to the original payment method within a few days. Despite some issues, the server was helpful and friendly. Overall, I hope this was just a one-off experience and I will continue to enjoy decent food at the Bony Inn in the future."

I have dined at this restaurant several times in the past month. The service was helpful, professional, and friendly. I particularly liked the risotto at my most recent meal. The passionfruit coolers were also a popular choice!

Me and my partner went to for an evening meal and we’re not disappointed. The food was lovely (I had duck salad for starter and steak for main). The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was good. Overall a lovely place to go for a...meal.

5 family members went for tea, not visited in a long time. Nice and clean inside , lovely pub. We all had starters and mains which were all fantastic .it did take a while for our second lot of drinks to arrive, after asking again...they arrived. It isn’t the cheapest for food but it was lovely. Will re visit.

On arrival we were immediately told the specials board was not finished so not to look at it , we felt this was rude. Main chosen was fish n chips £13.50 which in my opinion was expensive , but a glass of wine was near...£5 then was charged £1.50 for a splash of lemonade , my Diet Coke was £2.50 . We were in early but still had to wait 10 minutes for the drinks . I know the place has changed hands but they need to up their game before I will return .

Really enjoyed my sirloin roast beef dinner it was beautiful, it came with a range of vegetables, and was plenty for two of us , i couldn't even handle it all this came on a set menu with a starter I choose the cauliflower soup... and the price was good, to say what you'd pay at a carvery on a Sunday which is standard compared to the bonny inns roast. My fiance had the lamb and enjoyed it too, his starter looked amazing and well presented. Staff was very polite too

beautiful cozy decor inside with magnificent views of the pendle hill, especially sat outside on a sunny day, with the additional attraction of 5 alpacas on the field they own. not so sharp on the menu really that we were disappointed with it is closed on Mondays. Tuesdays. their lunch sandwiches were too nice for us. Why can’t pubs who want to attract a certain type of clientele offer “normal” sandwiches also for people who want a snack with basic fillings and also contain the fancier options?

Its the first time we have visited The Bonny Inn we were greeted by a gentlemen he was really pleasant. We ordered the starters and they were really good we had a break from the starters and then had mains myself had chicken kiev, fries...and salad and it was really really good my husband had a pot pie but had to share with the daughter because her starter was bigger than she thought. The Bonny Inn makes a specials pudding which is Jam Roly Poly and custard which was amazing would recommend and will be returning. The staff are amazing and they r there wen u need them well happy

Ordered a fish pie which was £13 odd. When it arrived it looked a reasonable size dish, until you dipped your Cutlery inside of it. It was barely an inch deep. The food was good quality, but the portion size did not match the price,...it was shocking. They asked how my food was and the reply I got was “it is weighed and it is their bestselling dish.” Probably because there is only about 5 main courses on the menu. Will not be returning to the Bonny inn anytime in the future, i’m Very disappointed. (Unfortunately the picture attached doesn’t show the depth. I feel like I’ve had my pants pulled down)

I went to this restaurant with my partner and two friends for dinner. The vegan menu offered thoughtfully crafted and satisfying dishes that were all fantastic and delicious, not just a few token items. The mushroom pudding was absolutely divine and I couldn't resist licking the plate. We also enjoyed the sweet potato curry, two vegan burgers, southern fried jackfruit, flower fritters, celeriac soup, brownie, and limoncello affogato. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to go back. The staff was excellent and the server mentioned that the vegan menu, only available for a limited time, was quite popular.

"I wasn't at blueberries with my friends since before covid so it was great to kick through the door and see how busy it is, fortunately I had a table for lunch. there is nothing special vegan on the menu, but they try to place their very hardest, in contrast to some places. I love a jacket kartoffel and choose her beats with various items from the menu, so ordered frying and avocado. katherine, one of the owners and cook came on our table and said she could suggest some other dishes and also vegan cheese if I did not the jacket kartoffel, but if I still did how about the topping of sonbs. what a nice geste and I will visit her on her offer of other options at the next. I noticed that they were able to offer vegan options for their Christmas card and also had two vegan, frozen meals to take away, moussaka and chili. my friends ordered a chicken and specksalat and a fish and chips and both said that eating was delicious with a mention that the chips were the best. my kartoffel was huge, with a lot of topping, served with beautiful salat and quickly grinded. the food is made fresh to order and blueberries is very popular as full it was on a cold Wednesday afternoon. there is also a small marquee on the side of the blueberries, which for those who are brave and sitting the weather and of course adds extra space. I really can't knock blueberries, they may not have vegan options (although a cake would be nice and I need to ask if they have plant milk as I always have my own. but they will always try to eat rusty something satisfying and with announcing can something like a vegan hotpot that I had before, what was brilliant."
