A lovely welcoming to the pub. Very friendly and informative. Lovely setting. We shall be back. We walked ‘The Three Churches walk’ so this was perfect. Delicious food

This is a fantastic pub, and it's independently owned. They have their own microbrewery as well. The owner is wonderful, and many people have described it as a hidden gem—and they're right! It's just a few minutes off the A14 and far nicer than the options in Bury. Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

Absolutely amazing evening of food and drinks. We decided to come here on a Friday for dinner and drinks, easy to book and some of the best food I've ever eaten. Wow! This is a hidden gem. Great local beers and amazing food. The wings are the best I’ve had in the UK. Very friendly staff. They have a nice outdoor beer garden out back. Dog friendly place. Great food. Great beer.. Being a local (two villages away so I guess that counts) I find that I am coming here as a treat. Always delivers! The beer, atmosphere and service is spot-on . You must book because they are so busy but I always am prepared to wait. It’s worth it!!! Big thank you to the owner.
