"From booking to payment, an all-round good experience. There is free direct access from the free public car-park behind although there is also free parking in the street outside if available. The request for a table in a quieter area (if there is one) so we can hold a conversation, was listened to and we were pleased to be away from the busy centre. Waiting staff were friendly and service was impeccable with just the right degree of attentiveness at all the right times. The food was delightful both in taste and presentation and the portions very generous. We had to take some home! We will definitely be going back as there is a lot more on the menu we want to try and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening there."

The food was exceptional, though it is a bit on the expensive side. I dined in for dinner, with the cost per person being over £100. The food earned a rating of 5 out of 5, the service was rated 4, and the atmosphere also received a 4. I highly recommend the Pepperoni Pizza.

The service was friendly, and the food was good. It wasn't very busy when we visited on Thursday afternoon, so the atmosphere was a bit lacking. However, it seems to come to life in the evening. The prices were reasonable. My only criticism is that the tables and chairs could use some updating, as they felt a bit uncomfortable. Ver carta

Food was nice however service was pretty slow. Disappointed re social distancing that half the restaurant was pretty much empty and then loads of tables very close together in one area. When we arrived at Muratis, I was a bit concerned because the restaurant was bustling, with almost every table occupied, and we were a party of nine. However, I didn't need to worry at all, as the service was excellent. Our orders were taken promptly, and our meals arrived quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend this place!
