very interesting city. cool people, very many tourists from the Usa and some from the overseas or from all over the world.

we ordered steaks and surfing and shaking. it wasn't as we expected. boja steaks, where not the war we ordered. we wanted the steak medium. the one was almost after the other. cookef to dead) the servants only...getting, oh, sorry.

The place is rather a kind of pub in the late evening we stepped in about 22:45. Everything around was already closed and despite late time we were very welcomed. We could sit almost 1,5 hour more having some bear and talking. Nice and...professional service.

were with family to eat in the evening. a waiter was fast at the table to pick up the order. drinks came very fast. then the main meal came after a longer waiting period. as we had ordered a preliminary soup we waited for this too. we talked to the waiter when the suppe comes. he apologized he forgot them. we then waived the suppe. the steak was very good. the terrace was heated. we found that very pleasant. all in a beautiful evening.

it did not try her to eat, but decided to drink a drink in cash. the christmas chapirinha with more orange than limette and with a zimt lace was carefully prepared and tasted excellent. you do not expect that northeastern Germany is the right place to have good caipirinhas, right? but obviously it is. another year we found a nice hot version in hardin! if you stay in the hotel or just take a walk in the old harbour, I recommend visiting one in this bar.

this time we were very disappointed. we were there several times with larger groups, but as long as this time we never had to wait. was it because only one of the waiters was allowed to receive the order? it took a long time to finally have a drink. the burgers were not bad, but unfortunately more can not be said. the steak (for at least 39€) didn't look like it had seen a grill at all, and the complaint was unfortunately inconceived with misunderstanding at the waiter.

ambiente is cool. the drinks certainly delicious (at least I can say that from a very good alcohol-free cardriver and my white russian), however we wanted to eat there and in the garnel dish was a garnel and we read it back. Unfortunately it seemed like the potatoes as well as the pommes and wobbles rings were all fried in old fat and accordingly it tasted. the service was friendly and the returned eating was not on the bill, yet we (at least to eat) never go back to new orleans in wismar.

I was there with my wife and kids. A table became available and we asked if we can have it. The waitress nodded, but soon I found out that we would have to organise the missing chairs on our own. The dishes were removed by...a waiter without greeting us. Than we waited for 30 minutes. All tables around us were served, I had eye contact a couple of times but could not place an order. What a saw on the dishes around us looked more like what you can get in a fast food restaurant not matching the statehouse image this place is trying to live up to. We left and decided to eat somewhere else.

I chose this place for diner during my stay in Wismar by pure chance, they're between the harbor and the old town, when looking at their menu outside, the words angus beef caught my eye, prices were OK so I went in. I got lucky...to get the last free table, it was quite busy since, as I later discovered, there was some live music as part of a local festival. I had a nice cocktail and another not so to my taste (too thick), a delicious steak, nice chocolate and peanut cake, a few good rhums. The local is really nice, good atmosphere, friendly staff, decent prices. I would definitely go back if I'm ever in Wismar again.
