We have eaten here a couple of times now, and both have been to the same high standard. Really friendly staff, attentive and helpful, serving really fine dining food at sensible prices.

Best Sunday roast for my family. They do kids roast and its big portions. My little one has lamb roast and she finished it all. When kids enjoy the food we enjoy it double. Looking forward to our next visit next sunday.

We booked a suprise party for my dads birthday and all we can say is perfect. We hired all the restaurat and everyone enjoyed the food and the service. Everyone said that was the best night out. Highly recommended to everyone.

We booked the groupon deal as never been here before. Well it was excellent. The atmosphere was so welcoming, fantastic staff and outstanding food. Will definitely recommend and will definitely return. The best meal out we have had in a long time.

We were driving to Maldon and looking for a good Sunday roast on google. We chose this one from the good reviews. I have to say that the location isn’t the best, but our meals were superb! One of the best roasts ever succulent meat, fresh veg, homemade yorkshires and we finished with apple crumbles. Lovely friendly service we would love to go back.

Been recommended from my neighbour and I took my family for a meal here. Everything great. Only wanted a light meal but I couldn’t resist without trying the Fritto Misto starter and Eaton Mess dessert plus the Ribeye steak cooked to perfection. The peppercorn sauce is to die for. Can’t wait to try the Sunday Roast live music. Definitely recommend to everyone.

We were staying locally and the New Pavilion was recommended by our hosts. Nice menu selection and not too much, so guaranteeing everything was made to order. The stand out dish for us was the special for the evening, which obviously needed a long slow cook, being pork belly. So many places get this so wrong, but this place nailed it!We understood the place was under new ownership and we wish them well. If the keep this standard up, they won 't need any luck.

Visited on a quiet Tuesday evening for a 3 course dinner purchased from Groupon.The restaurant is located in old pub. The tables are set out with plenty of room.The welcome was very friendly and unpretentious.The menu is small but I think we'll balanced and I felt that the food would be fresh.The four of us had different starters and all were very good. I had meat platter which was large.The mains were again delicious. I had the belly pork with a beautiful gravy.The whole meal had a personality cooked feel about it. The other diner's were making positive statements about their food.All in all a lovely evening and I will certainly be back.

Sunday Lunch. First impressions; It 's a little minimalist rather than homely, but a great welcome from very helpful staff. My wife 's Roast Chicken dinner was superb. 'One of the best, with succulent chicken, fluffy roasts and 'just perfect ' vegetables ', she tells me. My Crab salad was O.K. I would have preferred both the crab and the dressing served separately, rather than all piled in with the salad leaves. The side order of Chips was excellent.
