Nicely located restaurant in the green directly on the Nied. Very attentive and friendly services. Very fine food, there was no reason to complain. We are happy to go back there anytime. Full score, was a very nice and nice evening.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in in der Niedmühle zum Essen. Die Anrichtung der Speisen, die Qualität und der Geschmack der Gerichte sind wunderbar. Im Restaurant fühlt man sich wohl und der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Preise sind schon sehr gehoben und unser Entrecot mit 46, Euro war, für unseren Geschmack, eigentlich überteuert. Man isst vorzüglich, muss allerdings auch tief in die Tasche greifen. Wir können das Restaurant trotzdem weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal zum Essen bei Euch. Es war ein Erlebnis, dass nicht nur Spaß gemacht hat, sondern auch erstaunt hat. Ganz viel Gans, ganz fein, hat dem Namen viel Ehre gemacht. Den unaufgeregten Service haben wir sehr genossen, Danke dafür. Das Menü war mehr als überzeugend und hat uns weitgehend glücklich gemacht. Es gab einen Gang, den wir als nicht gleich stark im Vergleich zu den Anderen empfunden haben, aber insgesamt möchten wir sagen, dass der Abend jeden Cent wert war. Yesterday evening we stayed at Stefan Burbach at the restaurant Niedmühle, Bar Lounge at the BBQ menu 2017 in the restaurant garden. Unfortunately, the event had to be moved in rain and unpleasant 13°C. But good, important is on the plate! And then we were not disappointed. Stefan Burbach manages to cook his dishes perfectly, dressed and refined at the tables despite completion (68 seats). Everything was very good for us! Das Zimmer ist sehr klein insbesondere das Bad und der Bereich der Toilette. Menschen mit Geheinschränkungen empfehle ich keine Übernachtung. Da auch einige Treppen zu den Zimmern sind. Die Zimmer sind sauber, und es fehlt an nichts. Minibar, kostenloses Internet, TV, kostenloser Kaffee auf dem Flur. Das Frühstück kann auf Wunsch aufs Zimmer gebracht werden. Ein toller Service. Das Frühstück wird extra an den Tisch gebracht, Aufschnitte sehr lecker und eine gute Qualität. Das komplette Frühstück wird durch die Bedienung an den Platz gebracht. Unfortunately, our visit yesterday was very disappointed! Have been to this restaurant several times, always with friends who were thrilled. But because of yesterday's evening, we will no longer visit this location: price performance, especially for drinks, is not true! Map minimalist, service leaves much to be desired....some paintings asked for bread and drinks! Operation rude, apparently overwhelmed?
