"We stayed in the Clumber Park hotel and reserved to eat on the second night at the Normanton Inn. The reservatino was made for the wrong night which was the start of the issues. We went to eat and were told we would habe to wait 20 mins. We did not get to the table for 40 mins. It took ages to order. When the food came it was delicious."

Only had breakfast after an overnight in the hotel . Would recommend one , buffet style, very tasty.

Food was absolutely delicious and waiter very friendly. We had the burger and chicken tikka masala and there is a good drinks list too.

As part of a supposed 4 star hotel, this restaurant fell well short of expectations. Food was, at best, described as ok, but the ambiance was more akin to a works canteen rather than a restaurant. Drinks arrived part way through the meal. Will not be eating here again.

The food is generally ok and well presented, but not worth the price. We didn't order any alcohol however as it was extortionate. The service was incredibly slow especially considering how quiet the restaurant was, no explanation given. Disappointing all round for what you would expect to be a great place for hospitality
