"Small cafe a stones throw from the beach. We popped in for a takeaway lunch, although there were seats available inside and outside on the pavement. On arrival I realised I had been here before a few years ago when they were open in the evenings. My companion went for a mozzarella and pesto toastie and myself the soul bowl. We were told it’d be about ten minutes so we had a wander around the town whilst waiting. Food was ready when we arrived back and was very fresh. We took it down to the lovely beach to enjoy. My companion wasn’t a big fan of her toastie, feeling that the flavours didn’t quite work and the bread was quite hard. I however loved my soul bowl which had four of the daily salads, houmous and beetroot houmous, massaged kale, broccoli, tofu and a delicious satay sauce. Cafe is dog friendly. Paid parking available nearby."

Stopped off on a ride along the coast. Just what is needed to refuel. A must stop for vegans and anyone looking for good food.

I had the falafel wrap. It was served in purple beetroot wrap and a nice lot of side salad. PS the ginger turmeric cookie is delicious.

We had a wonderful and very filling lunch here. It’s a very small place with 4 indoor and 2 outdoor tables. We had the nourish(? bowls with some flatbread (didn’t get a photo on the side and would readily order again!

Great choice of dishes, drinks and cakes. We had the soul bowl and the loaded beans and cheese wrap. The soul bowl is simply amazing. So many different flavours and ingredients. The eta also comes with a very tasty salad.

Absolutely delicious freshly prepared breakfast of Breakfast Bowl, Porridge and Pancakes. Excellent value for money and a really fresh, nutritious meal. Generous portion sizes too. We went to Teignmouth just to visit this place and it was well worth the trip! Highly recommend. Ver carta

We had an amazing pancake stack, smoothie and coffee. Will be back to try the fry up as it was so popular today they had sold out. I really recommend Nourish and if you’re in the area you should definitely go there. The food is seriously delicious and there’s plenty of choice. I forgot to take photos but had the soup of the day and beetroot chocolate cake and honestly, I could eat that soup every day it was that good! The welcome I got was so warm and friendly, it makes such a difference and I loved this place. Can’t wait to go back already! Thank you
