We arrived in the late evening in Acqui Terme and were searching for restaurant. Our B&B owner recommended us this place. The food is really impressive and the wine Luche rosso went really well with the food. Highly recommend this place if you happen to visit Acqui Terme. Ver carta

meraviglioso. ristorante storico di aqui scoperto grazie alla forcella, materie prime di ottima qualità, servizio degno di nota e prezzi eccellenti. pane positivo e grissini...strabuoni! Abbiamo preso un tri di antipasti da dividere, mio marito un trittico prima e io la costola di pelle di vitello..che meraviglia! tutto delizioso. per finire una torta di nocciole con un fantastico gelato! più che un account adeguato, altamente raccomandato!

What an experience ! I choose this restaurant with the help of the tripadvisor comments and I have to say that it even deserve more and better reports. For me it has been a great dinner with some outstanding dishes like the Cardo with Fonduta and egg, as an entree, and bollito misto as main dish. To end with berry's Tiramisu: I do not know what to say: try it is very very good. Thanks to the young but very experienced Chef and owner. I will certainly come back, but remember to not forget to make a reservation. Ver carta

All the dishes we had were excellent but the service was really the best part about it. We had had three course lunches earlier in the trip and decided it was way too much food. So when we asked to share the vitello tonnato starter, and then have a main course each, our waiter offered to divide all three dishes between two plates. This effectively gave us a three course, antipasti primi secondi, lunch for half price. Along with some great wine and overall friendly atmosphere it's hard to fault this restaurant.

Definitely the best choice in Acqui Terme. The gifted chef Nicolò took over a long family tradition with superb decision. The quality of the food is excellent and the composition of the Piedmontese dishes highly agreeable. The vine card is impressive. The restaurant is located on two floors, upstairs you will find a beautiful elegant room with large round tables, downstairs you can enjoy the more cozy cellar. The service is very friendly and professional. This distinguished restaurant is well worth a visit during your stay in Acqui Terme.

It was the second restaurant we tried in Acqui Terme, and the second time we had to wait a while to order dessert... Being a Monday night, a lot of the other restaurants were closed so we ended up here. It has a nice and cozy atmosphere, the sommellier is very courteous and knowledgeable and we enjoyed the food selection. A large group came in just before we ordered, so even with two waiters attending the tables it got a bit confusing when they started delivering the food to the group. It took the staff a while to get back to the other tables, so we waited some time to order our desserts, a while more for them to be delivered (without the glass of wine we had asked with it) and some more tim...
