Official Pizza Hut Kings Lynn

My partner and I stopped at this restaurant on our way home from the Norfolk coast. The service was lacking, with the waiter appearing completely disinterested. The food was overpriced and overall it was not a good experience. We will definitely not be returning.

Went for the lunch buffet and will be visiting again a greed feed for the price £8.99 unlimited salad and unlimited pizza and pasta .Salad bar a very good section all well filled fresh and gud standard , pizza bar a fantastic section 8 or so all yummy and also 2 types hot pasta

The service at this restaurant was very good, with friendly staff who were welcoming. The self-serve salad was fresh and plentiful. The food was hot and well-presented, but unfortunately, the BBQ chicken melt was soggy, greasy, and lacked flavor. The condition of the ladies' restroom was not up to standard, with one out of order, one dirty, and one with a flushing issue, likely leading to the other being full of waste. Ver carta

Picked up our 3 pizza phone order at 16:35. Sat down with the family and opened the boxes. I didn’t think it was possible to make a mushroom pizza with half of a mushroom but Pizza Hut can. Also had onion. Did you know you can use one onion and make over 40 pizzas? Cheese was virtually nonexistent. Sauce must have been applied with a water colour brush. I had bad expectations when I ordered this and wasn’t disappointed. Order at your own peril.

We called at Pizza Hut on our way home, after a long day on the go. The staff were welcoming and efficient. Our order was quickly taken and we were soon tucking into the Salad Bar. There was plenty of choice and the opportunity to return for more was very tempting! Our pizzas arrived in good time and were exactly what we ordered and how we wanted them. The food was excellent. Within an hour we were on our way, having paid a reasonable price for good food.

To begin with, I must say that the food at this restaurant is excellent with a wide variety of choices. However, there appears to be a shortage of staff as tables take a while to be cleared and we had to ask multiple times about our drinks and food. It took over 30 minutes to receive our drinks and starters after placing our order, and it seemed like others were also experiencing long wait times. The salad bar was a bit chaotic with people using the wrong utensils and making a mess, though it was eventually cleaned up during our visit. There’s a guy who works here who is really good at customer service, when he’s off god help you. Stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes as queue formed behind me. No member of staff said anything to any of us, not ‘sorry to keep you waiting’ ‘be with you in a minute’ no estimated wait time given. Not even a smile or acknowledgement. People continued to leave, the queue continued to grow. Eventually a woman said she’d be with us in a second, this was after 15 minutes. We were sat down but there was no pizza on the buffet and the salad hadn’t been refreshed, so various things completely empty. This is one of the couple of places my autistic daughter will eat. We booked a family table for her birthday but arrived at 6.30 to find that no table had been reserved for us and there was going to be a 45 min wait for food. So, they found us a table and we ordered and waited and waited and waited. We could see other people having a go at the Manager and eventually it was our turn. It's just not acceptable to wait 1 hour 45 minutes for our food. Up until covid I enjoyed going to Pizza Hut, just been to pizza hut in kings Lyn probably the first time I’ve visited in a couple of years Whilst the actual restaurant seemed clean and tidy , I can safely say the pepperoni feast pizza I had , was probably the worse culinary experience of my 55 years. I asked for sweet corn and mushrooms on the pizza as extra, I counted 18 sweetcorn kernels and 13 slices of mushroom which had been added to an 11” pizza, terrible value at an extra £3.00 on the price. The pizza had been over cooked and had very little cheese on it and on a 11” pepperoni pizza , only 12 small slices of pepperoni which amounted to 2 per pizza slice Yep I can understand companies...
