Ohayo Sushi - Carta

Sushi was great ! We have tried it for the first time as the reviews were good and I must say we were very satisfied with the quality and the service I would be using it again!

I have been ordering from Ohayo since I moved to Putney 3 years ago. They’ve never let me down; the sushi is all handmade to order, fresh, tasty and neatly presented. Friendly service tops off this local gem.

After living in Japan, we are always searching for quality sushi, and we have found just that at Ohayo Sushi. The great food, reasonable prices, and excellent service have made it our favorite sushi take-out spot in Putney. We highly recommend it. Ver carta

This place serves excellent Sushi and Sashimi and provides the best delivered/takeaway Japanese food in Putney. While the options to eat in are basic, the food rivals Tomoe for quality and is far better than the other local takeaway options. Deliveries are extremely quick.

Been looking forward to go here for a while especially reading all the reviews. Then when we got it, was very disappointed. The quality of fish didn’t seem good and the California role was very below par. The ginger also looked old. Will try again in a few months hoping it was just an off day.

We have been regulars of Ohayo Sushi for 5 years now. We used to live in Putney and now regularly drive 25 mins to pick some up. It's that good. Always so fresh, the rice is perfect in consistency, and we've never found any sushi anywhere that comes close. Also a fantastic family run and friendly place. Ver carta

I typically like to support local, family-owned restaurants, and I am even more enthusiastic when the food is as delicious as it was at this establishment. During our recent visit, every dish we tried was exceptional. I won't go into detail about how much I enjoyed it, but the nigiri, maki, and tempura were all fantastic. Just a heads up, they tend to get busy, so it's wise to place your order ahead of time.

This is either my second/ third delivery from here. Loved the sashimi salad sea bass, tuna, salmon, all so soft fresh, loved the dressing! Also loved the grilled chicken breast on top of my udon noodles the spicy soup base. Prices are very reasonable delivery was fast, ok yes it was outside of normal busy period but even when I have ordered of an evening, delivery has never been a problem! Totally recommend!

I decided to give this restaurant a try, as I usually go to Sushi 54. I was disappointed by the portion sizes, with only 6 slices of cucumber and a small amount of seaweed in the seaweed and cucumber salad for £6. The maki rolls were also very small, about the size of £2 coins. Compared to Sushi 54, I felt like I was being ripped off. When I called to complain, the manager laughed, so I won't be returning. I hope this review helps set your expectations if you choose to order from here. Stick with Sushi 54 for better value. Ver carta
