O'neill's Kings Cross

Went there for a bite to eat and a couple of drinks before catching the Eurostar. Ideal location and very friendly bar staff, especially Chelsea. Both food and drink were good.

Firstly, the positives in that the quality of the food was excellent as was the service. We knew that you had to order at the bar or via the app but there are no signs explaining this so some people were left waiting for staff...to take their order. Our breakfast was very good but should have been hotter.

we had a wonderful time in this place! we've eaten three times here. our waitress chelsea was very welcoming, efficient and made our time great here. the place also desires children. we enjoyed a football match just as much as our foods and drinks. Manager would not serve a member of our 2 members of our Party said they were intoxicated!! i can assure you this was not the case! Even the Bouncers were Shocked at this ACCUSATION. We spent a lot of money in This Establishment ..were having a Great Night Until This. Treated Terribly.. There was meant to be a Band on who Didnt show!!!

we came yesterday to enjoy some drinks downstairs. the place was clean and very lively with good music and great vibes. we ordered some food on the app, service was efficient with friendly staff who bring the order to the table. the food came with a slight delay, but the manager in the service was very professional and followed on the order for us. Overall we had a great time and a really good experience. thanks to a strong team, we recommend this location in any case.

was really impressed by my visit here. the ordering of food and drinks from the table is fast and easy, so in contrast to other places it never means to get the attention of a waiter or to wear drinks from the bar (which they can still do if they want). Oh and I'm not waiting for the bill at the end. They have actually impressed them to order also online. most importantly, however, eating was good! the mixed grill was actually very tasty and also not expensive and brownie dessert was great. would recommend.

This place don't even deserve a single star! We went in there as a group of 10 people, we spent a lot of money on their food and drinks and at the end when we went to buy some drinks they refused to serve as...drinks and put false allegations on us saying we are way too drunk and one the bouncers said that we have been doing drugs which is NOT TRUE so two of my other two friends went to speak to the manager and she agreed to serve them drinks but not us as we are difference skin colours!! The manager was a Eastern European women and the staff were rude too, the food was not even that great! NEVER going in there every again! that manager needs to be reviewed by their management.

We thought ONeills was an Irish Sports bar however we had a terrible experience today. We came here to watch the Grand National however had to ask for it to be put on the screens and then the manager was extremely rude and dismissive when...I asked for the sound to be put on for the duration of the race (15mins). Instead we (most of the bar) gathered around the tellys and listened to pop music blaring over the race. Considering this is one of the most poignant races of the year for the sport of horse racing, O Neills let us, and the crowd down. To give you (O Neills) an idea of how popular this event is, the bet365 app crashed following on from the event yet this ‘sports’ bar prioritised pop...

I went with 8 friends on Friday for a birthday celebration expecting a live band, we all spent a hell of a lot of money but learnt late that the band had cancelled last minute. Never mind we thought, at least we can still celebrate....I (white) went up to the bar more than any of my friends and was not refused or questioned even once. However, my (mixed race) friend went up ONCE near the end of the night and was refused for being too drunk. Ridiculous considering she had drunk less than us all and was the most sober!
