"beautiful, though small, vegan junk' food in the city center. the location is great and the menu has many options from which you can choose. my 5yo had the southern fried chick (since) loaded pommes and ate that off. I had the facon cheese burger who was excellent, though a bit scary to eat. my omni partner and his omni brother both loved their food to one explained the hot dog as the best hot dog I had in a long time had the other had the pizzawurst loaded pommes. they just need a bigger place now! we were able to park our children's car behind the entrance door and our 8mo sat on our round and tried our food. the staff was very friendly and helpful. over the street there is a milkshake bar (kwench), which has vegan options if they somehow still have space"

Great little vegan fast food restaurant. Some indoor seating and a lovely menu consisting of vegan junk food. We had a lovely lunch here. The staff were great as well

Had excellent lunch. 3 great burgers and hotdog. Very good homemade burger, well seasoned and balanced texture. Hot dog also great. Well sourced. Will return when next in York James Leeds

Great team. Excellent food. Husband had the sriracha mayo VFC combo. It was a very healthy portion with lots of flavours. The lemon and raspberry drizzle cake went down a treat too. Would recommend whole heartedly. Enjoy!

Delicious food, cheap and really fast! I ordered an Orinoco VFC Burger with Garlic Mayo. It came super fast and was gorgeous: it had tons vegan chicken and with lots of vegetables in it. I could have one of this any time!!! :D

Despite not being a vegan myself, I surprisingly enjoyed my currywurst. My sister opted for the seitan, and we both agreed that the vegan fries were fantastic. I would definitely return to this place! The staff were friendly, and the service was efficient. The restaurant also had a cozy atmosphere.

If you're a fan of vegan fast food, I highly recommend Orinoco in York. I stopped by for a quick lunch before heading home and was greeted warmly by the staff. The restaurant is cozy, with a lovely upstairs seating area adorned with prints and plants. The prices are reasonable for the generous portion sizes, and the food is definitely worth the wait. I tried the Vegan Hotdog, and despite being vegan for over two years, I usually steer clear of hotdogs. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. Orinoco also offers a variety of other dishes that I can't wait to try next time I visit York.
