"I went to Ossena with a friend of mine. The waiter showed us a place to sit down. After we sat, we were waiting for the menu. The waiter came and asked us what we wanted to order... so we needed to remind him, that...he did not bring the menu yet. So we waited another min. When we were ordering, the waiter wasn't listening, looking to another direction. Then he asked us to repeat an order. Really? He brought us a snack for waiting (bread and olives). I asked for a plate, but I never got it. The food quality was ok. Nothing special, but nothing bad. Just ok food. The waiter never came to ask if everything is fine or if we needed something else. Then, anyway, when we wanted to pay, it was impossible to catch the waiter. he was passing us by with empty hands, but not bothering himself to stop. We asked another one and waited like minutes just for a check. Then another minutes to pay. It was extra annoying. But the best happend at the end. As we paid by card, the waiter kindly informed us but service is not included We answered, that we are aware of that and we want him to put the exact price of the dinner. Nothing added. He repeated again, kind of demanding on the tip. When we declined, he said Oh, I think you didn't like the food but did not bother to wait for our answer and just went away without any Good bye Rude, rude and once more time just rude!"

Second time here the same good experience with the food quality. I ordered tagliatelle with shrimp, a littel spicy but very tasty. I’m giving a ranking because the local was very noisy and there was very warm.

a beautiful Italian place in hacksher market. we had starved for a late lunch and they welcomed us cordially and offered us seats in the indoor or outdoor areas. prompt service. had a pasta arrabiata and it was delicious with the fresh of the tomato in full. the minestrone suppe was also a joy with a slight overdose of kartoffel!

eating is subpar. there is a better Italian restaurant next door. the waiter obviously does not speak English (he spoke to the other table in English soou). he, despite showing me to the wein, brought us a bottle of wine, the double...price then he left a bottle on the deck and said in German we owe euro, not that it said. it's not about the money itself, it's about people who treat you as if you're an idiot.
