"If I could give 0 stars I would. We visited Florence last week. We were excited to go to this fine Italian restaurant with our tour group for dinner. Unfortunately, the restaurant felt the need to feed us the worst meal to maximize their profits from our tour company. They fed us boiled chicken bites with gravy and french fries. This meal was not on the menu. Chicken was not even on the menu, that we could see. This was as not even an Italian meal. When you visit a foreign country you expect to experience their food, not be fed junk. I’ve never felt so insulted, disrespected, and unwelcome. I refused to eat the meal. I would not recommend giving them your business."

Very nice location. But the food is average. Big nice garden, but not enough people to handle it. Don't take the Bistecca Florentina, it's charged per hg, but comes with a heavy bone. Also a bit dry.

the garden on the back is a small oasis away from the streets of the city, eating is amazing, and the owner and waiter are so beautiful and welcoming! that was my favorite restaurant that we tried in florenz. Ver carta

Buonissimo locale di Firenze! Siamo stati all'hotel Donatello che offriva la mezza pensione con la cena in questa Osteria! Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliatissimi i coccoli ma anche la pasta e i secondi!

Questo posto è un sogno! l'accoglienza e il supporto per tutta la serata sono stati molto cordiali e perfetti da tutta la squadra. un piccolo prosecco in regalo della casa, poi la pasta come prima e la pizza (vero tartufo e lattice) come secondo e dolce sorbetto. aggiungere un delizioso vino rosso e acqua e completo di un limoncello. tutto questo meno di 100€! la posizione con il giardino nel centro di Firenze è fantastica. Grazie per questa bella serata.
