"Super esperienza ad Ariccia. Località nota per fraschette e ristorazione. Ma dal Mastro si sta divinamente. Solo dalla telefonata per prenotare si è capita la voglia di ospitare e di trattare bene il cliente. Locale informale gioioso, rilassante con un servizio strepitoso e super efficiente ragazze scattanti e velocissime ma senza mai essere invadenti o pressanti. Cucina a vista, antipasti che bastano come cena, volendo; tutto ottimo. Trippa ottima. Primi di pasta tipiche (cacio e pepe, carbonara, gricia, ecc) di buona fattura nel rispetto della tradizione e della ricetta con materie prime di buona scelta. Poi che dire sua maestà la Porchetta fresca, golosa, sublime non ovunque di tale qualità. Prezzi ottimi."

"I was at dinner at this pizzeria twice and I was really satisfied. The room inside is fantastic, the furniture is extremely special and makes it a unique place of its kind; the staff is also really friendly and helpful. In the menu there are no entirely vegan dishes, but the possibility to request the use of vegan cheese makes many dishes adaptable. The pizzas are really good, made with a dough that changes every week with really interesting proposals; as appetizer I highly recommend bruschettone with vegan cheese and sauce beans, which has an extraordinaryly good taste."

"Che dire? Prima volta in assoluto anche se conoscevo l'osteria dalle ottime recensioni (che confermo).Posto informale, caratteristico, ampio, tavoli spaziosi. Camerieri competenti e gentili e super (fin troppo) efficienti. Piatti prelibati e gustosi di giuste proporzioni (anche se mi aspettavo più pasta). Abbiamo snobbato gli antipasti per poter mangiare primi, secondi e dolce tutti buonissimi. Anche gli antipasti dovrebbero esserlo dalla descrizione del cameriere. Bellissimo il tiramisù portato all'interno della moka da caffè. Prezzi onesti. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Ve lo stra-consiglio.Bravi."

"I had heard and read about the Parlo bistro, located in Genzano di Roma, always in a flattering way and therefore curiosity and expectations were high. The place is very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing with good background music. The tables are large and sufficiently spaced. The menu offers burgers and baos all stuffed with quality raw materials, as can be seen from the menu, with the plus that all the buns and baos are homemade. To start, we tasted the mini bao mix on the menu under the starters heading. The bao is perfect, it just serves to bring the filling into your mouth because it dissolves immediately without needing to be chewed. The fillings of 2 of the 4 baos are characterized by crunchiness, they are the veggie and the fish, they are delicious. All the flavors can be felt distinctly and the homemade mayonnaise is a plus which gives a nice boost. The ginger and lime mayonnaise stands out in the fish. The third of the mini baos is stuffed with a mini Chianina burger which, despite its small size, remains juicy and tasty, the presence of kimchi is interesting. The last of the 4 mini baos, certainly not for goodness, is the one with the dark pork belly. Dark pork belly is one of the traditional Chinese dishes and I must say that after tasting different interpretations, this is one of the ones I liked the most. The pork remains with a very thin crunchy crust, very juicy inside, the typical Chinese sauce that accompanies it, with its sweet and salty taste at the same time, pairs perfectly. After this introduction we tried our hand at a bao and a burger also to try the brioche bun. The PBLT is a squid ink brioche bread with grilled prawns inside, I would add nice prawns, crispy bacon and pink sauce. Curiosity arose from the prawn paired with bacon. After tasting it I have to say that it is a truly excellent combination. The bacon is cooked to perfection, crispy like potato chips. In some places it was a little too tasty, but apart from that, together with the tenderness and right humidity of the prawn it is truly an explosion of taste in the mouth. Also in this case the bun is absolutely meltable and serves to bring its contents to the mouth. The bao on the other hand was the IKA bao. Always with squid ink with inside a cuttlefish croquette fried in panko, accompanied by a sriracha mayonnaise, a typical spicy oriental sauce but at the same time with a sweetish aftertaste. The croquette fried in panko crunched under the teeth which was a pleasure, also because the frying was very dry and well done. A sign that in the kitchen they know what it means to have the frying oil at the right temperature so that the frying is light, crispy and dry All baos and burgers are served with triple-cooked homemade potatoes, accompanied by 3 jars containing 3 mayonnaises in which to dip the potatoes. I personally really enjoyed that lime and ginger. We accompanied everything with 2 small beers and a mineral water for a cost of €48. The price is up to the quality of the proposal. If I had the Parlo bistro under my house they would see me very often, a recommended place."

"Situata nel cuore medievale di genzano, sui castelli romani, questa trattoria è immediatamente accogliente grazie ai suoi mobili un po' retrò, con una parte delle pareti rivestite di decorazioni in legno e l'ampia cucina aperta. Non ci sono segreti qui, perché la cucina è autentica con deliziose ricette e cucinate proprio come una volta, con ingredienti genuini locali, come il fantastico pane fatto in casa, corteccia, sapore scuro e intenso che conosce quasi nocciola. nei trattori dei cacciatori sono proposti molti bruschette con le fette di questo pane, tra cui assaporare che con il lardo di mangalica, una qualità del maiale cosiddetto pecora ', che ha un pelo denso che diventa ricciolo in inverno, tanto da farlo sembrare, anzi, una pecora. una bella razza, che dà un lardo piuttosto grasso ma di grande squistezza (non si deve perdere anche la classica fettuccina con funghi porcini, in una salsa mantecata con parmigiano formaggio: ottimo! nel piano sotterraneo ci sono diverse camere tutte con bellissimi murales con scene di montagna e paesaggi in cui il protagonista è l'uomo primitivo. ambiente caldo, camerieri molto gentili, buon cibo!"
