Das Risotto war geschmacklos und in Kürbiskernöl ertränkt.Der Lachs war tot gebraten und dementsprechend sehr trocken.Die Bowl war gut und lecker zubereitet. Der Service wirkt etwas überfordert und lustlos.In der Küche ist mangelnde Koordination/Organisation und Einsatzbereitschaft ein grosses Manko.Dies führt zu lange Wartezeiten und minderwertige Qualität. Ich weiß nicht was ich sagen soll.. Mein Kind (unter 18) wollte das Kids-Menü haben, durfte es jedoch laut chefin und kellner nicht haben da es nur für Kinder bis 12 Jahren ist! Kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen, warum es so eine Regelung überhaupt gibt. Es ist einfach nur Schwachsinnig und mein Kind konnte somit auch nichts essen und wir mussten es wo anders etwas holen. Ganz toll ! Ambiete und unsere Stimmung wurde dadurch auch zerstört! Das einzige schöne an dem Restaurant war, dass man die Flugzeuge direkt sehen konnte aber da hörts dann auch wieder auf.. Essen war nichts besonderes für den Preis den man gezahlt hat..
