The biggest group of inexperienced pizza makers around! I ordered my pizza and was then told that they don't accept cash payments. What a shame. Tired pizza amateurs.

Ordered online and went to pick it up to be told it is much cheaper if you phone in the order. This is not right and no way will we order again. Think this should be known more widely.

The food came out cold and the staff seemed uninterested. They just gave the standard response to call Uber. The whole place was a joke. Save yourself the trouble and find better restaurants nearby. Ver carta

I only ordered twice from this place, but both of them were stellar. I had pj in the usa and that's so much better. I love how polite and fast the workers are. I'm back. surpasses dominos and many of the local places. I hope you'll continue with your star service.

better than dominos, pizza hut and any other pizza delivery in edinburgh my opinion after. somehow, the pizzas are just a little more juicy and tenderer than dominos and taste much more fresh than pizza hat. however berry unhealthy so not to eat too much of it the iphone app makes it very easy order that is always a plus.

Pizza was the same as any other Papa John’s and very tasty for a good price on pickup. Took 40 minutes though for them to prepare a small pizza even though no other customers were there. Staff also don’t seem to know what’s going on. We asked for garlic sauce and we’re told they were completely out even though when we opened the box there was one inside. Ver carta

Got a couple of pizzas from south clerk street/holyrood and the order was completely wrong and due to allergies My partner phoned and asked to get a refund but the manager was very rude to my partner on the phone claiming to not be able to give us a refund even though they weren’t edible! Absolute shocking and didn’t get resolved they told us to take the pizzas we got or just leave them and go away with nothing so we basically got bumped out of 22 pound!! Daylight robbery

total really nice pizzas, here ordered three times in the last months and two of the three times were the pizzas delicious, the only bad experience was the ordering of a bbq pizza base pizza, where it was swimming in BBQ sauce and it was not to my wish, but the other two places I ordered the Mexican pizza and it was delicious. would recommend this pizza place in edinburgh as a whole really good experience. fast delivery to and pleasant delivery driver. would be ordering from here again.

Yesterday evening on July 24th, 2021, I ordered 2 large pizzas - a Garden Party and a Vegan Garden Party. This was not my first time ordering from this restaurant, but it will definitely be my last. To my disappointment, the vegan pizza had a slice of salami on it, which is completely unacceptable to me. Despite my initial trust in this establishment, I now regret ignoring the numerous negative reviews I had read about it and other similar stores. I thought I was fortunate to have a PJ's location nearby that catered to customers' dietary restrictions. However, after this incident, I will not be returning as a customer.
