I've tried cakes from here in a variety of sorts and feel the quality as average. partly the cakes are not airy and the teig is a bit dry-like, as with a large conditories, where everything is standardised.The ice is also average, the taste is not very intense.The cheesecake is really good and recommended.The price-performance ratio is just as good.

I am very disappointed with the service. A few weeks ago I ordered a strawberry cake and came from Heidelberg especially for it. When I went to pick up the cake 7 days later, I was told that there was no more strawberry cake. Nobody told me when I ordered the cake. I really needed a cake for a birthday party and chose a chocolate cake instead. Because of the employee's mistake, I should have gotten the cake for the price of the cake I ordered.
