"Je komt hier niet bij toeval terecht. Hoewel op loopafstand van centrum van Épernay, ligt het restaurantje een beetje uit de route. Ook de buitenkant wekt niet de indruk dat je hier binnengaat in een prima restaurant met traditioneel Franse keuken met veel liefde voor het vak. Wij komen om 19 uur als eersten binnen in restaurant en worden vriendelijk verwelkomd door eigenaar Max. Binnen een half uur zitten beide verdiepingen van het restaurant echter vol. Kaart met traditioneel Franse gerechten. De, door Max aan tafel bereidde, steak tartare is een aanrader (en populair). Prima prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding."

"the reservation is very convenient because we always wait for the return of the resa made via messages left on the answer to other local restaurants. take control of the digital tablet, pleasant because giving a clear vision of the dish thanks to a photo as well as the possibility of displaying the different allergens or foods forbidden for some, the geeks will appreciate the refractories to progress a little less but their host will guide them for our part, we have chosen two menus with a flat dessert entrance, accompanied by a sparkling champagne. the foie gras was very successful, but another toast pie had been welcomed rather than trampling in the basket of bread that it anemics too! in the salmon dishes, and the scallops are very successful, the dishes seem fresh and prepared for the order. chocolate mousse desserts and floating island up. reasonable addition given the quality of the dishes served. the staff is in small care, though overflowed. attention as a coffee offered was welcome in compensation for this endless waiting of one hour fifteen between the entrance and the dish. This is what costs you the star, because it has not discouraged us to leave you a tip thanks to this pleasant meal. We'll go home with great pleasure."

"Come with family for a getaway, we have the love lhtel, common rooms, dcoration, view, restaurant toil (o we have very well the mang service is care and professional trs. a big shadow in the photo has communication upstream of our coming. We didn't want Laccs to be extremely limited to the spa and the pool with a child, lhtel acknowledged its mistake, but the fact is that we couldn't access the pool (one of the main reasons for our arrival) on the first day. the hourly beaches are really small and unsuitable (1h30 in the morning from 8h to 10h30. And 2:00 in the morning we'd like to learn before we get here. malgrunt this and our search requests after this error, management is always intransigent. fortunately that Florian then mobilized well and found solutions to undermine our frustration. this rat does not know that this htel and its quipes are exceptional and that it is a destination of choice."

"Heel vriendelijk onthaal, ondanks de drukte en het niet-reserveren. Bediening ook erg vriendelijk en persoonlijk. Eten was ok. Niet meer, niet minder: de pizza was wat dik belegd om smaakvol tot het einde te blijven. De lamsbout was wel sappig, maar vooral voorzien van veel couscous en gratis en weinig groenten. Niet onbelangrijk: de drank is aan de dure kant… Kortom: prima restaurantje als je niet weet waar naartoe, maar verwacht niet teveel."
