"Fabulous quirky little restaurant, amazing food and attentive service. It was in the living room of a converted house, very cosy and a homage to French culture. I was a little apprehensive as I'm vegetarian and French cuisine isn't known for its vegetarian food! And for that reason didn't have a starter (goats cheese doesn't do anything for me), though my partner had the snails and loved them. Main course brilliant though, delicately cooked and very tasty. I would really recommend this place if you would like a treat. Even my partner who is known for gobbling his food and rushing off, was inclined to linger and enjoy the atmosphere."

they enjoy my visit to paysanne with friends on Friday night, I was in the past and was not disappointed about my return visit . friendly helpful staff, big wee and eat and cozy relaxing atmosphere. I love it! definitiw will be back!

We had our dinner here after a long hike. The food was incredibly delicious, the service was so so great. The waiter who served us is very friendly and hilarious, his French is so cute! The snail was amazing, so was the crabs. Would love to come back again : lovely Paysanne. 10/10.

We live in Stoke on Trent but visit Deganwy once or twice a year. Every time we stay at the Quay hotel a visit to Paysanne is a must. The food and service are exceptional and the atmosphere generated by the host Cai is second to none. If you're ever in the area and you love good food you must really try this place...you won't be disappointed !!

Great food and exceptional service. We were greeted at the door, and the gentleman offered food and wine recommendations when asked, that were spot on. We had starter, main and dessert as the portions were not too large, which meant we could sample lots of the delicious menu. The sea bass was perfect with the orange and fennel sauce, the house red wine was delicious and the cheese selection was very well picked- arguably the best 4 French cheeses! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
