Pepe's Piri Piri - Carta

Waited 1 hour a half for food live in a flat and the man wouldn’t bring it up to the flat but I can’t come down because I have a baby now 1am starving and no food he refused on the phone and left after I explained why.

Do not go here! This place is absolutely awful. I'm surprised it doesn't have a 0-star rating. Everything was bad - stale, overcooked, probably spoiled meat. They got our order wrong, wouldn't fix it, and wouldn't give a refund. Just stay away.

I usually get Lemon Herb chicken wings from Pepe's and it's always delicious but ordered from here yesterday and they were extremely dry and burnt. I couldn't even taste the lemon herb. Had to chuck it away after a few bites. Extremely disappointed. Ver carta

There is a picture of the the gourmet burger at nearly 6 quid. In the lovely photo in there it contained cheese and tomato and looked lovely Falling Down levels when I got home, no cheese no tomato, just same stale lettuce. After waiting quite awhile too, will not be going back

Ordered a takeaway. The chicken burger was grilled in the bun, and the whole thing looked like it had been put in a George Foreman grill and squashed. The bun was literally squashed flat and was like a big crinkle cut crisp, both the top and bottom bread. It was literally inedible. Maybe we just had bad luck.

I have dined at this restaurant before and found the chicken to be quite delicious and the fries to be satisfactory. However, on my most recent visit, I ordered chicken and fries only to realize when I was already a considerable distance away that the fries were missing. Due to this oversight, I have no intention of returning to this restaurant again. Ver carta

Today we experienced a disappointing delivery from this restaurant. The food was bland, cold, and burnt, and to make matters worse, they did not answer the phone when we tried to complain. It's not worth ordering delivery from here unless you're willing to wait and enjoy cold food. We want to support local businesses, but we also expect quality for our money.

Ordered our food at 19:15 called them at 20:35 asking where it was and after being put on hold for 10minutes the person who answered the phone to me asked me what I wanted! They had received my order but did nothing with it and the woman couldn’t care less. Food then took a further 40 minutes to arrive and when it arrived it was cold and horrible like it had been thrown together just to get it out. Won’t be ordering from here again

Ordered a load of food from them and it was 30 mins later than the already long hour and 20 min wait. When it got here 2 of the 3 orders where wrong and where all stone cold and unedible. My partners chicken was raw in the middle and mine was cooked to a crisp. Called them up to rude staff clearly not caring and then lieing to me about any type of refund. Never order from here just check just eats reveiws too. Filed a complaint with just eat as they were a joke. Avoid like the plague Ver carta
