Poor quality food, mine had a roach. When I complained just received a mouthful of abuse.

Had food from here .... bugs in the food not even lying and disgusting customer service ... health and safety inspector will be attending

Just received the wrong order. Got spoken to disgustingly down phone and wanted us to drive hour half round trip to return food! Absolutely terrible service. Ver carta

Hands down one of the best Chinese takeaway's I've ever had and I found it to be very reasonably priced.As I have just moved to the area I called to ask where I could find a menu. They sent it straight away via WhatsApp, brilliant service!Highly recommended.

I have ordered delivery from Phoenix Garden many times and have always been impressed with the quality of the food. The ordering process over the phone is quick and efficient, and deliveries are typically made within 30 minutes. The food is delicious and well-priced. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal.

The phone ordering service at this restaurant is fantastic and very easy to use, they accept credit cards as well. The food arrived just 30 minutes later, perfectly cooked and bursting with amazing flavors as always. On top of that, we received several free items which truly showed their exceptional service. Absolutely disgraceful service orders food and over hour and half wait and order was wrong and when we called told though they had closed and the abuse we had received was Undescribable I have never experienced anything like that before will be informing training standards as I work in the same industry and I have never spoken or sworn and a customer in over 25 years shame on you

We had a birthday celebration party booked for over 20 guests. Bearing in mind the income that this would have generated for the busines, we were treated appalling and asked to leave whilst questioning the menu. Bearing in mind the age group was 45 plus, you wouldn't expect the experience we received. We only booked on recommendation. We certainly won't be going there again or recommended anyone to place their business there.

We placed an order for delivery at 6:45pm, but the food didn't arrive until 8:10pm. It's a shame because the food is quite good. We've ordered from Pheonix multiple times, but the delivery wait time seems to keep increasing. While I understand they are popular, if they can't meet a reasonable delivery time, they shouldn't accept the order. I'm quite disappointed with this takeaway experience. If you choose to order from them, be prepared for a minimum 2-hour wait for delivery and possibly cold food. Remember, it's not the delivery person's fault, so don't take it out on them. Ver carta
