"We were in Pier last night for my birthday meal. We had the crusted salmon and lobster, with grilled veggies, spinach and potato gratin. The food was fast, hot and very delicious. Our waitresses were friendly, professional and helpful. The music was great and...not too loud. It was rather warm inside but nothing rolled-up shirt arms couldn't fix. Decoration and design is great. The prices are comparatively high for main courses but we're prepared to pay for quality, service and a great experience. Particularly in Germany, where in most cases the customer most definitely does not come first. Rauschenberger (is there anything in Stuttgart they don't own should be proud of this place and should try very hard to not change the formula."

If I had to rate this restaurant purely by its Menu and its quality of food, I would give it The prices, however are exorbitant. So I give it a

Wonderful food and a great atmosphere. Never eaten here before but had it recommended and now I am keen to recommend it to others. I started with the salmon tartare which was simply delicious and then enjoyed the Argentinian rib-eye which melted in my mouth...and had the most amazing flavour. You will not be disappointed. Really worth a visit if you like steak and are in the area.

first visit to Pier excellent service, very good starter sins), good wine list (but a bit too much local wines, only one Riesling). Three steaks not cooked (over cooked) to our order, only a half hearted offer to replace my steak, not my...wife's and my daughter's, immediate offer of a free desert, neighbor table had the same issue, We are big fans of other Rauschenberger restaurants, namely Cube, but Pier was a real disappointment,

I visited the restaurant in the last month times and I can underline, it was never boring. The dishes and vine card have every time new surprises. And if the card don't show me a standard dish, believe me the cooks are wizards,...they create you well thought dish combinations which let you the visit in Pier be an event and the friendly waiters are combining these exquisite dishes with the according vines or other beverages. Enjoy it

We had our Sunday brunch here. With p.p., it doesn't exactly come as free. Drinks are, however, included. The standards, that is. No latte macchiato or any fancy stuff. Most of the food was really great. Breakfast as well as lunch. But a couple of things were...not prefect. For I'd expect there to be some seriously nice bread for breakfast, but it seemed looked tasted like oven baked supermarket bread the fruit in the fruit salad had typical thawing as if it was frozen fruit as well

I visited the Pier last weekend and had a beautiful T-Bone Steak wit almost for myself. I didn’t need much sides to the Steak since it was a lot but I decided to go for a small portion of grilled vegetables. The meat...was delicious and the vegetables had a great flavour. The hole evening I was served by Selina and she always payed attention, if I needed something she was there for me. Thanks for that! All together I had a beautiful evening and I recommend everybody to go there if you haven’t been already!

Family and I travelling through Europe stopped in Stuttgart. Decide to go for the drink in the most nearest place. What can I say. Definitely did not regret it. Welcomed with a smile, that is always great, and offered any seat by the bar as...we only wanted some drinks. Service great from start to the end. The drinks were great. Started to try out the ones we never had before. And barmade seemed to do them flawlessly. Afterwards went back to all the classics negroni and whiskey. a good Place to go once you are here and you work in hospitality service. You won’t be disappointed. P. S. If you want the best negroni then you will want to be served by Jasmin.

"Wow. Simply Awesome! Best dining experience my wife and I have had in several years, probably top all time, and we are real foodie snobs. They squeezed us in with only a couple hours notice. We got the course menu paired with wine....Little did we know that six courses in metric means First came the amouse bouse, a frothy chicken soup plus a croquette topped with dried mushrooms. Paired with wine of course. Then came a home made freshly baked baguette that was crazy delicious served with a dish of sour cream and chives as well as butter with pumpkin seeds. The bread was so good it could have been its own course, and the sour cream was the first of many unusual com I nations, but it worked. Next was a salad a combination of beet root, cabbage, Thai coconut milk and lemon grass. I hate beets and I loved this dish. Next wa the first actual course, duck liver pate and brioche with figs and wine sauce. Amazing! Now how about some slow cooked trout (which strongly resembled salmon) with tangerines and celery root. Then some white cod with Jerusalem artichokes and hazel nuts. Then, to cleanse the palate a glass of deer broth served in a glass like a brandy snifter. We're only halfway through. Now it's a slab of deer meat cooked like a tender steak, served with a cannelloni stuffed with deer and all set over mashed parsley root that could have passed as mashed potatoes. All garnished with an amazing deer gravy/sauce. Next comes some mont d'or cheese served with house made fruit bread, oranges, and rutabaga. Crazy com o but it was delicious. Now for dessert courses. Red wine sorbet. Think you're done? Next comes white chocolate ice cream serve with quince (purée, cubes, and foam) served with a chestnut parfait. Now we're stuffed, but time for another dessert: creme brulee paired with a chocolate brownie and a serving of mango mousse. Crazy good."
