"Really disappointed. We usually get a fantastic service and a lovely time at this restaurant. But this time not so much. I have coeliac and also dairy intolerance. The waitress processed the order through exactly how I asked for it, but the kitchen staff messed up. They gave me normal dough balls, which I started to consume until realising it wasn’t gluten free. I very quickly became ill!! To top it all off, we waited a good 20mins for our table to be cleared and able to order my children’s ice cream. The lad serving us, was less than happy to be there to say the least. He didn’t crack a smile once. On a positive. The lady who originally served us was clearly new, but did a fantastic job. The gentleman who was working/ supporting her was also amazing, but when the staff switched. Service and atmosphere drastically deteriorated."

One of the better Pizza Expresses out there but it's a nice little place, pizza was good and worth the price. A very nice dessert too.

We have ordered two pizza there, because they have gluten-free pizzas. The pizza are so expensive but they are so small and there is so little topping on it. Definitely not good value for the money. Will not go there again.

I went to your restaurant in Monmouth Thursday 13th July At 7pm with a friend I had the American hot Legero, it was not not very warm and burnt around the edges, the knife was blunt I could hardly cut it. I was not offered the hot chilli sauce or anything. My friend and I wanted the small dessert and coffee we were told that the coffee machine was broken so we passed on the dessert. Paid our bill and left. I had travelled up from Newport as the Newport branch ha closed down. What a waste of time and petrol to drive up to Monmouth to a very disappointing visit. I will not be returning. The whole evening was an absolute shambles from start to finish.
