Excellent as always great food and service always a pleasure to come here had Gallic bread and then cannoli partner had polo pasta all very good highly recommend!

Please come to this place the staff are absolutely lovely and the food is great as someone who has visited a lot of restaurants this is definitely one of the best.

Service ok. We ordered 2 x dough balls plus 3 pizza and 1 melanzane . Pizzas appeared small and melanzane for £15.45 was a tiny portion. Too small for even a starter. Total rip off and definitely won’t be going again which is a shame as it used to be good value. Ver carta

We enjoyed a lovely evening meal as a family of 3. Plenty of staff, all of which were attentive. Tip: if you have a child who is a bit of a “guzzler” like my son, Pizza Express can serve Blackcurrant or Orange Squash despite not always advertised on the kids/adult drinks menu.

Absolutely love it here I have been here multiple times and always amazing I would just like to give a shout out to summer who always is so lovely to customers who have chosen to come here I feel it is very well priced and great vegetarian alternatives so definitely recommend to anyone x

Went for lunch on Monday, the staff were very friendly and accommodating- we ordered an array of starters and sharers which were all great! The food came quickly and yeah it was just a really nice atmosphere- the waitress who served us had a bubbly personality which really kept the atmosphere nice Ver carta

Had dinner here whilst staying in Alton for the weekend. The waitress was really friendly, and the food came quickly. My pizza was very nice but I do think the soft drinks are overpriced at the chain. I went about 5pm so there were lots of noisy children but the staff kept them busy with colouring things

I was shocked at the prices £3:45 for a small bottle of coke, this price cannot be justified. Although the pizza was ok, the coleslaw was not tasty at all. No flavour, rather watery and if it had been any smaller, well. the cost was also excessive for what it was. I personally will not use this business again.

Me and my grandparents went into this place knowing how normally good it is but it was the complete opposite. We have recently experienced problems with the app it will appear that the manager doesn’t get it either. We are very regular costumers and found this visit extremely disappointing. We began not being able to take all of our rewards off (we fully understand the terms and conditions involved. After half an hour of going round in circles and being made to feel very uncomfortable we eventually got down near to the price that we were supposed to and expected to pay.
