The restaurant was unremarkable, but it served its purpose. The service was quite slow, possibly due to being understaffed.

Staff very friendly, food very good, the decor needs updating which we have been told is happening very soon which is great news!!!

The staff at the restaurant was friendly and accommodating. The food, including the salad bar, was excellent. The establishment was kept meticulously clean, and the atmosphere was beautiful.

Booked for 30 people very good at amending reservation adding more people. Great service and food well executed given the size of our party with half being children. Lovely clean, light venue plenty of parking nearby. Would recommend! Thank you.

We were invited to attend our friend's daughter's 6th birthday party at a pizza making class! The kids had a fantastic time, the event was well organized and enjoyable from beginning to end, and they especially enjoyed eating the tasty pizzas afterwards. I highly recommend it.

pizza express banstead always takes care of us! we have very rare negative experiences here, and if we sort them there where they can make the toilet situation a bit hit and miss, but the restaurant itself is clean and the service is always good I recommend the prosciutto and mozzarella salat

Went to a kids birthday party as a guest, it was absolutely brilliant. Farouk was a fantastic host and entertainer. I work with children so I have very high standards for party entertainers! The rest of the staff were also brilliant, the whole event ran flawlessly. So much fun and fantastic food. Great value for money it seems too!

On a chilly evening, we received a warm welcome from the staff at this restaurant. The festive Christmas decorations added a bright touch to the ambiance. We were pleased to see that they offered pink Prosecco, which I enjoyed while my companion opted for the white. The lasagne we ordered was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making our dining experience enjoyable. Overall, we had a great meal at this restaurant.

I recently booked this restaurant for a child's make-your-own pizza party and it was a wonderful experience. The party host was great with the kids, making it very interactive and enjoyable for both the children and parents. The host worked hard and managed most tasks on his own, with little help from other employees. The restaurant added service fees to the bill, which was surprising as it was stated that service fees are only added for tables of 7 or more adults, not for a child's party. Although we requested some extra plates and utensils for the parents, there weren't enough provided. My feedback to the branch manager is to not add service fees for child parties, as this allows customers...
