Overcharged and when we questioned it the manager was really rude, and he shouted unbelievable!!! The bill was almost £10 too much and the meal was only average. Never again will i step foot in the place.

The owner here is very rude. The bill was wrong and we asked for it to be checked, he shouted in the restaurant “unbelievable, unbelievable” and made us feel very uncomfortable. Don’t bother going here, not what it used to be.

The food at this restaurant is reasonably priced and portions are generous. We even ended up taking some leftovers home without having to ask, as it was offered to us. The waitresses were very polite and friendly. Our whole family enjoys dining at this place.

A walk in on a Friday evening, very busy, waitresses and staff distracted by a couple of visiting girls. Pizza's were nice enough, thin crust crispy bases. The House special with extra Salami was tasty. The gents toilet was absolutely mining, wet floor, no hand soap, hand drier not working. Don't scramble for a visit. There are alternatives..

We entered the premises to order coffee and was told we can’t have coffee but need to order from the menu as well, quite surprised and taken aback by the attitude and was told to go down into town and we would find a coffee shop !! The outside tables were empty and would have been happy to have had our coffee outside, but this pompous attitude by a young Waiter was not what you would expect from an Italian establishment. Poor manners, no class

I made a reservation over the phone, but when my party arrived, we were met with an incredibly rude waiter who insisted we did not have a reservation and tried to push us out the door. He claimed the restaurant was very busy and suggested we try next door instead. Thankfully, a kind waitress stepped in and organized a table for us. However, there was no excuse for the waiter's extreme rudeness. I will not be returning to this establishment, as all he could tell us was how busy he had been all day.

I can't comprehend why anyone would rate this place lower than 5 stars. The food is fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared. The service is fast, efficient, and the staff running it are incredibly passionate and unique. The lunchtime special is great value for the money. Overall, it's a hidden gem and we always come here for lunch when we're out shopping. On this occasion, I dined with my sister-in-law and we enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine. Give this place a chance, you won't be disappointed!

The food itself was very nice but the customer service is awful. One member of staff was repeatedly rude in that she kept thinking we were going to open a bottle of unopened Prosecco that had been gifted to us from a previous bar. Three days later that bottle is still unopened in my kitchen but this waitress could not accept that we did not want to open it in the restaurant and was terribly rude to members of my staff. She also tried to take food away while people were clearly still eating and was basically rushing us out! When we complained about not being happy with her attitude the manager really did not care but despite this we left a good tip that I gave to a waitress that was very good...

we took our two children in old and midday before we roast the shops! we had booked, but not sure that they were going to the door, as they showed us only one table, did not stamp us from a list or something. they had their usual from the Piccolo menu teigbälle and pasta with butter and the teigbälle were good, but their pasta appeared somehow burned as if it had been in the many instead of freshly cooked. they left a little as a result. my partner and I shared a teigbälle doppio for starter, which was beautiful, and then he had a calzone that he asked for the veggie one (verdure), but the nduja one stood up. not a big problem because he is not veggie, and he said it was good.
