I really like it here. the employees here are always friendly, the prices are reasonable compared to the food quality and service. I tried one of the best pizzas and was one of the best in hamburg. Since then I visited this place several times and my opinion about this pizza has not changed yet. here they feel like family or friends. I really admire the constant support by the principal and waitress to fulfill the expectations and to acquire the satisfaction of the guests. A very nice Italian place! My husband and I liked Minestrone and zuppa di pomodoro a lot! A little piece of Italy in Germany! Highly recommend!

I often came here when I lived in hamburg because it was simply the best pizza in the city. I went back today while I was visiting the city for one and it's still the best pizza!

As always when we want a pizza we come here. The pizza is good and of a much higher quality compared to Hamburg standard. Nice location. Only point that could be improved is the beer: Italian pizza, Italian staff, but only German beer. Would suggest...to switch to Italian beer too, also with a selection of craft beers.

My colleagues recommended this place as it is close to the office. It is a small, cozy one, so not that appropriate for big groups. The food was really a good there- I did not eat pizza, but the salad I ordered was delicious (my...colleagues were very satisfied with their meals as well). The stuff is friendly and smiling- what else you need for a good dinner with colleagues or friends.

I've been there a couple of times. The place is nicely styled. It is crowded in the afternoons and even when not, it is somehow loud. It is good if you wanna go out with some group of friends though. The menu looks great, it...is reasonably priced (pasta prices fall between 9-15 Euros) and the food is actually tasty. Except for tiramisu that was a bit of a disappointment. The service is very friendly. Sometimes you need to wait a bit longer, but it's understandable as the place can very busy. All in all, a good experience, though nothing mind-blowing.

We went to Al Volo with a large group of friends for dinner. At first, the restaurant seemed really great, but once you spend a bit more time inside, you start to see the cracks. I had to ask for new plates twice because they...kept bringing me dirty plates. Same with cutlery. There is constant, heavy smoke inside the place; sometimes making it close to unbearable. Their large pizzas are really large, enough for 2-3 people. The taste is good, but not great. All-in-all, in the future if I wanted to do take-out, I would maybe consider them, but not for sit-down dining.
