"I'm sorry, but I will never set foot in this place again. I was here by chance, one evening with a friend. The staff was very inexperienced, the waitresses, although very kind, took orders very randomly and this made the service confusing and often slow. We waited a long time to order, as no one seemed to know if they had taken our orders. Once ordered, the first things arrive, a plate of fried mozzarella and a courgette flower. I don't have allergy or intolerance problems, but my friend does and that's why we had taken the mozzarella instead of the mixed frittino with Ascoli olives inside. Once the plate of fried foods arrives, I go to take the first bite and find an Ascoli olive in it. We kindly ask the waitress if they could bring us the right dish we ordered, showing her that what I had eaten was an olive rather than a mozzarella. After a few minutes the cook shows up at our table, furious, and verbally attacks us in the middle of the tables because, according to her, those were all mozzarella sticks and it was impossible that I could have found an olive, therefore doubting my ability to understand and want. Honestly, something like this had never happened to me. I was shocked by the behavior of the lady in question. The food wasn't too bad, and I could even ignore the service, but this experience ruined the overall rating."

Cold place with long wait even if there were 6 customers. The pizza is rubbery and badly leavened, slow service and, seriously, it doesn't give a tax receipt unless expressly requested. Everyone was very courteous and kind. Half experience as many things arrived late. Especially a pizza that was lost in the order. I have to say they were very professional acknowledging the mistake and apologizing. Only those who work make mistakes... "Quattro stelle, per la grande cortesia e affabilità della proietaria che esprime una passione per il suo lavoro e per il giovane studente di economia che si occupa del servizio: è stato davvero piacevole poter liberamente confrontarci su alcuni temi inerenti il mondo della ristorazione e del biologico. Bella la forma della cooperativa che collabora coi produttori locali per la salvaguardia del patrimonio enogastronomico che esalta le eccellenze locali. Il locale è gradevolmente arredato in modo attuale e semplice. Bella la selezione musicale perfetta per la conversazione. Riguardo al menù, tutto improntato sul territorio con tocchi di creatività sempre utilizzando prodotti biologici del territorio. Occorre scindere la recensione riguardo ai piatti in due: riguardo i primi piatti nulla di eccellente, nella norma; tortelli di zucca con patate e guanciale: se da una parte il ripieno e la crema esaltavano i sapori dall'altro lo spessore della pasta del raviolo annullava quel sapore. Consigli una soglia decisamente più sottile che esalti il contenuto. Anche gli stracci androdocani non hanno eccelso: sono una sorta di cannellone di crespella ripieno. Ecco qui la sfoglia era sottile ma il riepieno era piuttosto scarso. Sopra un sugo al pomodoro ma il tutto uccido dall'eccesso di formaggio sul piatto che ne copriva il gusto. Ma qui la svolta: i secondi meritano pienamente le stelle: lonza di maiale con salsa di castagne davvero eccellente come anche l'agnello arrosto era sublime, non eccessivamente grasso ma soprattutto non sapeva di selvaggio. Ottimi i dolci: un budino di Maroni con zabaione e una nocciolosa, ovvero una sorta di semifreddo djinocciole e copertura di cioccolato. Simpatico l'entree che ci viene offerto come anche il vino proposto alla mescita anche se personalmente amo vini più strutturati e corposi. Credo che il percorso di ricerca che è stato avviato possa dare i risultati sperati nel tempo"
