It,s gone downhill. One member of staff I had not seen before, a lady, was very rude. It was her fault how she went about it then took it out of us. No skills at all. Will not eat here again. Regret going. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the best Greene King Carvery I have been to so far. The service and food were excellent, especially the Yorkshire Puddings made fresh on site. The price per person ranges from £10 to £20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Carvery in a medium size portion.

Steak done rare, blood coming out everywhere, instead I asked for medium not rare. Peppercorn sauce was watered down disappeared when poured over the meal like water, waitress brought the meals, we had to chase the sauce and she was rude bringing it, stalling our meal, then the sauce replaced when 3/4 of the meal had gone and that was hanging about eating for waiting. Won,t go again, been in Alsager for 55 years should have known better but only ate here for having my dog with us otherwise would not have been in here. Unprofessional and a waste of £27 with a coffee.

Pigs in fat We went for some food here last night 4/12/23 we had ordered two large carvery's and two pigs in blanket for a starter we went to the carvery to get food and we were told we could only have turkey as the needed to keep other meats for a Xmas party they were hosting later, sat down for food starter arrives 5 minutes later 4 pigs in blanket in a small bowl i suggested to the waitress we ordered two starter and she stated that, that was both of the starters in one bowl sausages wrapped in bacon fat no bacon at all I never even tried them the look of them knocked me sick.
