"We stayed at this restaurant over the weekend and had a cozy and pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering a 10% discount at the bar for all guests. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was decent, but it would be nice to have more options for vegans. The hotel has small stairs and no elevator, so be careful if you have heavy luggage or special mobility needs. The manager ensures that guests feel at home and are served promptly. The location is perfect, with Portobello Market just three blocks away and the subway station only a 3-minute walk. The staff and management were very kind. My favorite part was that they used recycled bottles and did not test on animals - a big plus for us. There was a beautiful mini terrace next to our room, which I imagine would be fantastic in the summer."

I often overlook Portobello House, which is not related to Soho or Electric House, because it's located on a less frequently visited part of Ladbroke Grove.

I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. The owners agreed over the phone to refund me for three nights of my stay, but instead, they stole over $1000 from me.

an excellent address to london near portobello and nothing hill, a m from the metro station, you will find pleasant and maintained rooms, a pleasant and helpful staff, a good restaurant and of course a nice pub! more evenings with an atmosphere at the top! Thanks to the whole team and soon!!!

I wanted to give 5 stars, but a few small details brought my rating down. The room was fantastic but chilly. Unfortunately, the coffee machine wasn't working and we weren't able to get a free breakfast (maybe due to COVID restrictions). However, the staff quickly provided us with tea bags and milk so we could at least enjoy a cup of tea. By around 11 o'clock, nobody was around, so I left a note to express my gratitude. The bar downstairs served drinks, but they closed at 9:30 and required guests to take their drinks to their rooms.
