"Hands down the best sandwich I've ever eaten. I definitely chose a challenging and also elaborate sandwich, with really tasty beef cooked very well in the arms, fried caciocavallo, very crunchy bacon and pistachio cream. With every bite you could taste all the flavors that stood out as a whole. Truly worth trying. The fries were delicious, but I expected them to be crunchier. The sauces are also excellent. The only flaw of the evening, from what I understand is also rare, was the service. The chips arrived more than an hour after the order was placed, while the sandwich arrived after an hour and a half. The owner justified himself due to a problem caused by a novice staff member. Sorry definitely accepted, but I can't ignore it in the review. It should be underlined that the excuse was also seen on the bill, with around 10 euros discount on the total, which was appreciated. The sandwich is 10, so the wait was worth it. I will definitely return and evaluate the service again. An absolutely must-try place, you can't miss it! Situé en dehors du centre, ce restaurant mérite un petit détour. Déco soignée et recherchée dans le style indus. Cuisine excellente, le cuistot connait son métier. Des associations de saveurs etonnantes dans les burger et une viande bien grillée. Très bon accueil malgré la barrière de la langue, mais quand il s’agit de manger on s’entend toujours!
