Service was A1 food absolutely amazing what more can you ask for? If I was to complain about anything it would be I feel tables are to close but you must remember it’s a small place

My wife and I visited for a dinner and it didn’t disappoint The staff were lovely and the food was great I had the fillet steak with a lovely Diane sauce And a Prego sticks for desert which is a favourite

Had lovely hot, fresh food at Prego Lanark. Our party had sea bass x 2 and steak. We all agreed our food was delicious. We finished with Prego sticks with caramel sauce. Maybe side plates each and more caramel sauce would have made it prefect? Ver carta

The service at this restaurant was fantastic. My granddaughter wanted something that wasn't on the evening menu and they had no problem accommodating her request. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the sticky toffee pudding - it left me in a food coma.

I tried the spaghetti bolognese at this restaurant and it was delicious. While waiting for our food, we enjoyed a conversation. For dessert, we had some fantastic Prego sticks. The atmosphere at the restaurant was great and it would be a perfect spot for celebrating birthdays, as we saw another customer receive a big cake.

First visit for us on a recommendation from our daughter. Great service, lovely ambience and excellent food. We shared olives, bread with a beautiful arrabiata butter, gamberoni and calamari for starters all of which were delicious. Mains were vitella saltimbocca (veal) and pollo Milanese (breaded chicken with spaghetti). Portions were generous and the food delicious. We’ll certainly be back, grazie. Ver carta

I was honestly so disappointed, the service from The girls was terrible it was almost like they were too young and always talking to each other instead of service. Food was also disappointing. I got pollo prego which i expected to be pan fried chicken done in the white wine mushroom sauce. But it was oven chicken over done not seasoned and pale white. Mushrooms were rock hard. The prices are far to expensive for this quality of food!

Party of 6, pre theatre 18/12/23, all very disappointed. Turkey offering looked like a school dinner with little Turkey, 3 small potatoes, 2 Brussels and 4 small carrot batons all swimming in thin gravy. Pasta dish was bland and tasteless as was the chicken dish. Portion of chips was tiny. Bill came to £176 which would have been reasonable had it not been for the fact we all left hungry. Spoiled a much anticipated family evening, very angry.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning in a hurry. Having previously enjoyed a meal at their restaurant in Carluke, we were excited to try this one. However, everything from the decor to the food and service fell short of our expectations. The food was mediocre at best, nothing particularly noteworthy and definitely not as delicious as what we had experienced in the Carluke location. The waitress appeared disinterested in serving us, more focused on other things happening around her. After our main course, we decided to find another place to dine. We may give it another chance in the future. Ver carta
