Food was lovely and plentiful and the staff and service was fantastic and friendly. Will go back again soon

service was müll, food uncooked, we were up with another birthday party, we couldn't hear how they were so loud.

Menu was dirty (food on it), Beef was tough and the side dishes were poor. The restaurant was cold and smelt of mould. However the service was very quick.

brilliant 2 for 1 on a Wednesday night. great food. sitting is a bit tight at the back and was not great sitting next to the toilets but overall very happy with the restaurant, eating and service.

Great service, friendly staff, tasty food! Really enjoyed it. We had small children with us and wondered how the would get on with the menu, there was something for everyone and we all had a great time.

Did not like the way you order sides now . Did prefer the buffet style so you could see and choose how much you want . Un able to see the sides was a bit off putting The meat and drink and staff were excellent.

Awful not happy cost £200 food raw! Bad service a chaotic shambles that cost a fortune with meat that was so rare it was inedible we will never go back! Thank you Preto for ruining our daughters 14th birthday that we booked weeks ago! We could have gone anywhere and regret our visit hated the food it was awful and not enough and no good for children unless they enjoy blood oozing into their chips rice!!!

Limited buffet Didn’t have enough types of steak, only garlic, sirloin and rump and actually they didn’t come round with it enough wanted you to fill up on sausage and pork Also the service was poor, slow and why come to a table of 5 people with 2 sausages and then not come back with more Just been to many many better Brazillian steak houses this one was average at best when in comparison to others Maybe if this is your first time you will enjoy the concept but for me it was poor, no fillet steak, no minted lamb, no rib eye steak MID

The first member of staff that greeted us wasn’t very friendly. She took us to our table but didn’t say anything else. Just walked away. We were then approached multiple times within a few minutes by very friendly staff but told them we wanted 5 minutes to decide. After we chose everything came quite quick and the service was friendly and the food was good. Then the service stopped. No more meat coming out and it wasn’t even 9pm. I had to ask and I could see them get the kitchen up and running again. Half hour later we had some more meat. We then ordered dessert and a cocktail. Cocktails turned up and the dessert vanished into some parallel universe. Time to pay and get dessert elsewhere. In...
