the staff were not particularly friendly service was slow pizza came burned to see manager she said, oh must have caught in the many I asked her to remake pizza waiting another 10 mons for this arrived as it should not go back...this restaurant

we came here last week before we watched mamma mia, we had to be in and out in an hour and we could not recommend this place enough. from beginning to end, although busy, the service and eating was nothing short of amazing. will definitely be back.

Went with a friend for the first time to prezzo! Defo coming back as the food was amazing and wasn’t waiting for too long, the staff were amazing and so friendly( especially Lauren) and we would definelty recommend to everyone to go there. The food...is reasonable price aswell and the meals has so much flavour!! Ver carta

Booked a table for a group of friends the other night and from start to finish the experience was great. We were greeted with a warm welcome from all the staff and everyone was smiling and didn’t hesitate to serve us and make us comfortable....The food was quick to arrive as were the drinks, would highly recommend.

yesterday visited lunch phoebe was our waitress, she was polite and friendly and our food arrived fast, it was hot and tasty, it was a busy lunch, but despite that our food came without a long delay. lasagne was delicious and my friend had. pizza and salat. the wine was cooled and served with a cooler to keep it cold.

went here last night for a pre-theater menu, as we always do, was very busy, we had to wait 10 minutes on our table, because the manager told us that they were booked, we were good with that they offered us free. Drinks and they were all nice when we were taken into us, they could not apologize, eating was nice and service was good, Ver carta

Came in on 16th March amazing service, was very busy, but service and food was not compromised we had a lady in glasses(sorry didn’t catch her name) serving us, amazing through out. She was everywhere, didn’t stop but made sure everything was great for all,...even apologized for any waits at the end of meal due to how busy it was (there wasn’t any) we will definitely return

Terrible customer service. I booked for 5th March, I knew I was going to be 15 minutes late so an hour before the reservation I called the restaurant who told me it would be fine as long as I left before 6 pm. I got...there 15 minutes late as I previously said and was met by a rude young woman at the front of the house who said there was nothing they could do as they had given the table away. As someone who dines at Prezzos often I have always had excellent service except this time and I am extremely disappointed, especially seeing as I was with a group of friends being turned away and making the trip. We went here for a pre-theatre meal. We had told them at booking that one of our party was allergic to eggs and they did provide an allergen menu (paper and food stained). The food was served as though it was a favour and we...had to ask several times for our drinks. The food was ok but all the sauces were very watery and therefore it was like having pasta with a small amount of soup at the bottom of the bowl. When we had finished our dessert we were asked if we wanted anything else and we said no. We had just ordered drinks prior to this so they were mostly full.
