This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed at. They have nailed it in every aspect – the place is spotless, the rooms are beautiful and incredibly spacious, the staff is friendly and professional, and the spa services are top-notch. We indulged in a delightful couples massage and the food is simply delicious. The breathtaking sea view is definitely worth opting for a room with a view. We will definitely be returning. I don't even know where to begin with this review. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a fantastic stay. The entrance was elegant, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Checking in was a breeze, and when we got to our room, we were blown away by the view of the water and Conwy. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious, and I would definitely recommend staying here. Overall, I give the rooms a perfect score of 5.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, with welcoming reception staff and fantastic pool facilities that were very clean and warm. The sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi area were also great amenities. Although we didn't dine at the hotel restaurant, we enjoyed a drink there. The breakfast was delicious with a large selection of continental options and a full cooked breakfast. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed. The view from both the window and the balcony doors was perfect, especially if you upgrade to a sea view. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved my stay here for my 50th birthday treat. Gorgeous place and atmosphere, wonderful location waking up to seeing the estuary out of the window, comfortable beds and lovely room. The food in the restaurant was delicious but the only thing that let the restaurant down, not the restaurant's fault but I over heard a few snobby clientele complaining about the smallest things and felt quite sorry for the servers. One complaining quite rudely about an alternative veg on his plate when the menu said he was getting carrots. The staff were so nice that there was no need to be rude.
