Queens Head - Carta

Booked a large table for friends/family prior to the football yesterday Glad we booked as they were busy. Great food, drinks and service. Would certainly consider coming here again.

we just wanted to eat a bite. we ordered small teller and a chicken pizza. everything we ate was really nice. the staff was friendly and cheerful. we will definitely come back. beautiful relaxed atmosphere.

City centre pub with the feel of a back street boozer, can't remember the names of the staff but they were fab, football fans were in there Posh v Barnsley, well managed and just a great vibe... see ya soon! Ver carta

at the weekend the queen visited the head with my friends. we were greeted by all employees and treated so beautifully. the service was fast and efficient. Live music was also such a good mood! will definitely recommend.

we eat here all the time. the stone baked pizzas are fresh and tasty and light plates are amazing, recommend very sesame flower cabbage and the pork belly bite always a good choice of ales/storages and gins and family friendly service

Excellent friendly, professional service off Angela and each of staff. Pizza's (gluten free and wheat) all excellent, hot and tasty along with the garlic bread and loaded nachos. we called here after a drink in a night and it was extremely busy with group bookings. while standing at the bar “Monica” asked if we would like a table as it was available to pm when it was booked before. that was very thoughtful, because the bar was pretty crowded. the drinks were great and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. we haven't eaten there as we had other plans, but the pizzas looked great!

Arrived early evening, group of old workmates, very enjoyable IPA on tap, everything great, then got asked to move as the table was reserved (no signs) seated elsewhere easily enough as not that busy, bit later asked to move again, same reason, again no...signs and why move us to a table that was reserved? Half an hr later asked to move again, unreal, got to be joke, we were definitely drinking as a pre Xmas meet up with old work mates, but the way the pub is run is a joke, really needs a manager who knows how to run a pub, it was only the IPA that kept us there, will not be going back.

During my 9-day stay in Peterborough, this pub became my favorite spot for food. The 3 small dishes for £15 were fantastic value. I tried them three times and nearly made my way through half of the options. My top pick was the burrata with white bean salad, which I ordered every time. The other two dishes I switched up with each visit: small tacos with pulled pork and mushrooms, and all three variations of tater tots (my favorite was with pulled meat and Buffalo sauce, as well as with chicken and mozzarella).
