"I had a delicious pizza and great customer service at this restaurant. I will definitely be coming back here regularly. It's much better than the other Italian place nearby. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice. I recommend trying their pizza, it was fantastic. They also have a vegetarian menu with clearly labeled dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The price per person for dinner is typically between £10-20."

"Absolutely delicious! I think this is the first restaurant where every course—starters, mains, and dessert—was outstanding. I had the pork chop, which was incredibly juicy and tender; I was almost tempted to lick the plate! The calamari starter was the best I've ever had. This restaurant is by far my favorite. With great food and friendly staff, it just goes to show why trying local restaurants is better than going to big chains—better quality and better service. I could write so much more about this place; I will definitely be coming back many more times!"

"I went to this restaurant to celebrate my partner's birthday. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly. The food was delicious and served quickly. The service from all the staff throughout the meal was outstanding. They even organized a small birthday surprise for my partner, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated! We received a personalized farewell from the gentlemen in suits as we left. It was a wonderful experience with exceptional service and delicious food! Thank you, Good Earth! We will definitely be back again!"

"We were a couple of weary travelers who had literally come in from a Thai holiday, very late and getting close to closing time, for a brief visit in Bushey before heading back home to Florida. I 'm so sorry I didn 't get their names, but the proprietors were attending, and an absolutely gem of a couple! We were welcomed straight away into this beautiful, clean pub where clearly the regulars were sat happily at home in this lovely place. We were served up (much needed! lush ice cold brews and fantastic hospitable chit chat and convo. They made us feel like one of the family in no time, and in the short time we were there at that! We look forward to our next visit, to my husband 's hometown of Bushey, with more time to spend in this wonderful establishment, hopefully to relax and listen to live music as I understand they are known for as well. HIGHLY recommend The Horse Chains!"

"The decor inside this restaurant is beautiful and the toilets are very clean. The waiter that welcomed us was polite, helpful and accommodated changes well whereas the waitress didn 't even crack a smile and had poor customer service skills. Asking a customer are you done? before taking their plate is so unprofessional, try would you like me to take your plate? . Her energy was unsettling after we flagged some issues with our food/bill. We were charged for a side of rice that hadn 't actually arrived with the meal but this was easily amended when settling the bill. 2 cocktails were made without alcohol as a mistake and they were courteous and let us have those drinks free of charge. This was appreciated. The atmosphere was calm but would have been better if there was some Turkish music playing in the background while dining to make it a more authentic dining experience. My lamb saute meal arrived warm and disappointingly didn 't taste of much despite having a 'special sauce '. My partners lamb shish was quite chewy. The rice was lovely and fluffy, nice chips and the Tabouleh was refreshing. The passionfruit mojito was sweet and delicious but tasted like a mocktail so we had to ask for more alcohol to be added. Thankyou for the experience but unfortunately I wouldn 't be rushing back here."
