Redcliffe Farm Shop Cafe

Excellent food every time we visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely the best farm shop in this part of North Yorkshire.

Disappointed , staff are pleasant enough but appear to be hard of hearing, asked for very well done bacon with my breakfast but received barely cooked. i can't see me visiting again

Food was excellent and served really promptly. Lots of food on the plates and kids couldn’t finish theirs. Chips are a big hit and my salad was gorgeous. Special mention to Sally and her team for their 5* service

Thank Brian “ the chef” for an amazing Sunday lunch we called in to the farm shop and seen the menu. Soooooo glad we did the food was perfectly cooked and the service was with a smile. Keep up the good work next time we are in the area we will visit again and be sure to book.

First visit to this farm cafe and I cannot see us returning. The reason we wouldn’t return is the astronomical prices !!! I understand food prices are at an all time high but £11 for a 3 egg omelette with salad is unbelievable. Mushrooms on toast £9 WOW Whoever is costing the food in this cafe needs to give their head a shake and come back down to earth. Presentation was good but not worth the money.

Came across this hidden gem on our way from Bridlington to Scarborough where we were staying.We had a latte,pot of tea for 1,a Scone with jam cream,a piece of apple pie cream,hubby said it was the best apple pie he has tasted at 82 yrs old he's tasted a fair few.£15.85 very reasonable as portions were enormous.Great friendly staff too,always a bonus.Just a shame we live far side of York or you'd see a lot more of us.

Slightly disappointed, have been a few times before and it’s always been very good, unfortunately the food wasn’t the hottest when it arrived (omelette) asked for mayonnaise and that took an age to arrive. The pork pie apparently was absolutely delicious tho! Some staff very attentive but again a couple just let the side down with not knowing how to deal with the public as after we had eaten we went to have a look around the farm shop and we were abruptly asked what we were buying? When we stated we were just looking the lady just tutted and pushed herself pass us!

Me and my girlfriend have heard about this cafe for a long time from friends and family and decided to check it out It was a beautiful set environment and and very nice we got sat down and both of us ordered a whole English breakfast that took 20 to 25 mins to arrive which in my books is very speed compared to other places and the staff were very kind and welcoming with young workers who worked exponentially hard The prices are of course slightly expensive with everything being from the farm it's self and very high quality and high in taste and texture 100% would recommend for anyone who loves a nice breakfast

We’ve visited for breakfast for the last 5 years whilst on holiday in the area. The food has always been good (and still is) but this time the staff appeared to be inattentive and indifferent. We sat for a while until we realised that we perhaps had to order at the counter (no where does it say this). Further confusion was created because they did come to the next table and took their order (evidently a local known to them). Another customer came to the counter too (having sat for much longer than us and complained). My son is Autistic and just wanted dry toast which arrived heavily buttered. The replacement arrived after we’d all finished. Shame, but it won’t be on our list next time we vis...
