When we arrived, the place was very crowded, yet we were offered a place on the window. The waitress was attentive despite the large number of customers and was friendly despite the hottest. The meals were top classes if other italian...restauants could offer so quality great! Ver carta

We went there at the 1.1.2017. It was almost the only restaurant that was open. The place is located a little outside town. Parking is no problem. The atmosphere is very nice. The staff was genuinely nice. We really enjoyed our food. It took a while until the food was served, but that is understandable, because the restaurant was very full. Definitely worth the visit!

Wir hatten uns zu viert zum Abendessen verabredet. Wir hatten Pizza bestellt, die völlig lieblos belegt war und auch viel zu teuer war und geschmeckt hat sie auch nicht. Total gestört hat mich die Tatsache, dass ein Kellner neben uns den Tisch abgewischt hat und dabei das saubere, unbenutzte Besteck und die Servietten auf die Sitzfläche eines Stuhles gelegt hat und anschliessend wieder auf dem Tisch dekoriert hat. Fand ich schon ekelhaft. Hatte mir für das eigentlich schöne Restaurant etwas mehr Niveau vorgestellt.

„Pizza und Pasta ein Reinfall“ Mein erster und wahrscheinlich auch letzter Besuch im Da Nunzio. Trotz großer Erwartungen erwies sich das Essen als enttäuschend und die Preise als überhöht. Ich hatte mich auf eine leckere Pizza gefreut, aber was serviert wurde, war weit von meinen Vorstellungen entfernt. Der Teig war zäh und geschmacklos, der Belag spärlich und nicht frisch. Auch die Pasta (Spaghetti Parmigiano 16,90€ meiner Frau war kein Genuss. Für diese Qualität des Essens sind die verlangten Preise absolut unangemessen. Ein schönes Ambiente . große Terrasse und schön zu sitzen. Das Lokal wird ja immer sehr gelobt . Hatte mich für Spaghetti Carbonara entschieden welche mich geschmacklich enttäuscht haben. Auch die Lasagne meiner Bekanntzen war nach ihren Aussagen eher lala. Der Salat mit Ziegenkäse und Hühnerbruststreifen entsprach den Vorstellungen meiner anderen Begleitung. Was mich auch hier gestört hat ist, dass diue Lokale fast alle dazu übergenen, für die Beilagen extra zu kassieren. Es gibt kaum noch Komplettangebote, als wäre ein Steak , ein Schnitzel oder ähnliches ein Essen. Die Bedienung waarsehr freundlich, kam aber für meine Begriffe zu oft gelaufen um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wenn jem...

After writing a review titled I am pleased to write an updated review. In two weeks at Christmas '17 we went back twice to Da Nunzio. The first time I didn't want to cook, let's go to Da Nunzio, with my wife and her sister. As before, the pizza was great, the service was great and... great, great, great. Really. The second time was with my wife, mother-in-law and another couple. This time we were looking for a good family to fit time and dinner. We asked for window seats and got it without problems. We've been to this restaurant five times between visits to Germany in July and October of this year, and we've been there prior to that. The cuisine is Italian from a range of regions. The menu includes some of the best pizza we've had anywhere. They use a superb wood-fired oven. The wine list isn't very deep, but the choices are varied, and there are very some good wines on the list. The service is attentive, well trained, and pleasant into the bargain. The location features dining overlooking the town of Bad Schwalbach, one of the region's better known Kurorts (spas).
