"We booked a dinner because we had a dakotabox box for dinner, we have by the same occasion reserved for one night.At our arrival we were charmed by the decoration of another time, but full of charm :) after a walk on the heights of thann, we have in the afternoon benefited from the heated pool of the hotel as well as the activities offered (peg ping parch). In the evening we set up on the outside to enjoy the beautiful weather, the server brings us two cremant cuts (included in the box), then 2 minutes after the bottle of water (with the heat it did it didn't stay fresh for a long time). come the entrance, a melon to the porto and ham of parma (very good), then the dish, a saint stone with its risotto( excellent!!!)and finally the dessert, a sabayon with seasonal fruit and sorbet (delicious and refreshing at the end of the meal :) we're going to bed, and the horrible one, we couldn't close the eye of the night, the flaps were slamming, the sheets were getting off the mattress, at 6am of the noise in the corridors, in brief the cata:/ a very bad night!While at night, we ate very well and loved the authentic setting of the hotel"

quality of the kitchen -- menu of the day, the price, the atmosphere and the service are well appreciated by us. Very nice. we have dinner on the terrace next to the garden, very quiet, relaxing, lamb and duck are excellent!

We have dinner in this renowned restaurant because offered in our gourmet passport, a unique menu (priori for the whole room). The old frame is a questionable one, we love or hate. We don't like it. the decor is very beautiful, the friendly staff even if it is not really professional. but what disappointment for the value/price/quantity/creativeness of the kitchen. There is no map and the 3-course menu with no choice to eur 39 was rather expensive compared to what one can expect to receive in another restaurant. no fun mouth, small quantities and cooking not creative at all. The website seems to be quite elaborate but no information, no menu, even the bar/lounge that is supposed to be open from 7am to 11pm, seems to be always closed to the public. also the restaurant seems to be open only in the evening.
