"we have visited this restaurant several times for lunch on the way to our French holiday home, and we have never been disappointed, but recently they seem to have further improved. our three-course (euro 36) lunch with a delicious seafood amusement...bouche followed by a well prepared Thai garnel salad with pink grapefruit and passion. the main dish was really excellent, and very inventive; it consisted of medaillons of monks in a seasoned bark sauce (no, I don't make any sweat with sparing lasagne and fresh spade, an absolute dream with which I would have been very satisfied in a Michelin starred operation. was gloomy before another amuse beech, this time on the basis of sweet chestnut paste, like a Swiss vermicelli. the desert itself was a white chocolate mousse with orange fitting. we drank an excellent sauvignon blanc house wine, les mourrels chateau de luc from narbonne and rounded with coffee. service was efficient and friendly and the restaurant ambiente pleasant, especially on the top floor. if they drive between the Swiss or thann and the col de bussang and beyond to epinal, nancy, etc., this restaurant is opposite on the main street with parking space and is an excellent choice for lunch."

"Le positif : Excellent, vraiment. Très bon. Pour la nourriture c'est très agréable. Assiette copieuse. Service convenable. Le petit bemol : Espace trop petit..... le bruit, le bruit et le bruit.... heureuse d'en sortir car c'est trop petit pour le monde qui y défile. Un poil cher, je trouve comparé à d'autres Libanais.... mais bon c'est vrai que c'était excellent, mais quand même....."

"Ideal location, close to 100m train station, city center 300m... Vast rooms, good bed linen, sdb more than correct, very copied kitchen and professional and attentive team! I recommend it for one night a week or a weekend! Simple but sufficient breakfast and homemade jams is so rare! Correct price, excellent value price. A refreshment of the commons would be a plus but it is absolutely not a priority when you have a professional and attentive team, clean and large rooms, a good bedding and a very good location with parking!"
