I want to rate this Korean restaurant with good comments despite of all unfair comments and reviews that I saw on trip advisor! Out of our surprise, Korean food is real authentic and with great and polite hospitality! People who understand Asian culture will find...it Good!! I will definitely come back for Authentic Korean experience next time

Kang-Nam is a very authentic and traditional Korean bbq restaurant in the francfurter district low wheel next to the bureau city. they have a great selection of Korean specialties to offer, very famous and also very modern Korean dishes. up there. eating is great and everything. they can eat Korean bbq only 19,95€. I could definitely recommend it. try this amazing eating out.

This restaurant is next to the Sheraton Congress and we initially tried to for that reason. Everything we ate there was amazing! We went back two nights later with a group of our friends and we all got different dishes and shared with everyone. The...only drawback was they seemed to be understaffed. It seemed to be a family run place with only three or four family members the days we were there. The food still arrived within a reasonable time so it was not a problem.

I was there around 7:30pm. The place 30% full. Lots of empty tables still. I was not greeted. When I flagged one of the waitresses, I was told, they take reservation only! I saw the food on tables which had not been cleared up and...they look average. Not impress with the ambience. I went instead to the restaurant in the Sheraton hotel and ordered pasta and crème brulee, where the staff was friendly and service was great. I cleaned up the plate as the food was quite good I was pleasantly surprise.

since 1999 there is this Korean bbq restaurant. it is located 5 minutes to walk from the kronplatz hotel. the restaurant is comfortable and friendly. the personal speaks German and English. the menu shows traditional Korean dishes from hot pots to bbq at their table. bbq is expensive only...Fleisch costs 29€ and supplements around 4€. bbq only with 2 people possible so it costs 80€. we choose the hotpots and including a drink for 2 people it costs 44€. eating is wonderful and if they like spicy than to go for it.

they were here with the family on a Saturday to lunch in an office environment where most restaurants are closed. from this ground there were very few guests and a special shortened menu. we had fried noodles that should have been vegetarian, but fleshy,...for the little children some chicken or blackenuggets with rice and for the adult duck (very good,) kimchi stew (quite ok) and bibimbap vegetarian style with miso suppe. everyone was more or less happy, but probably only the duck was really good. the service was quite fast, the only problem was the cold room temperature. overall pretty ok

we had to wait almost half an hour for lunch, although they were only about 10 percent full, and when I told her that I waited for almost half an hour, the waitress said, a middle-aged, it was because there was a group of people reserved. (we also made a reservation then she told us it was only 20 minutes, not 30. she didn't say I was sorry, but we had to wait. then, unbelievable, he sighed before us, and she said I have no time to discuss with you and go. finally she came back to us and gave us very aggressive. this is the first time I ever had such an unpleasant experience in a restaurant. Finally I asked them, they are the owner, but they ignored me. we will never go back to this restaura...

I’m guessing that given the location (well out from the city centre in the heart of office conference hotel world) most of their customers are business people and their busy evenings are during the working week. Early on a Friday evening, I was...the only person in the restaurant. No ambient music … just me sitting in a big empty restaurant. The owner seemed far more interested in tuning in channels on his new TV than actually taking an interest in his one and only customer (see photo). On breaks from satellite TV menus, he wandered outside the front of the restaurant to smoke with one of his kitchen staff. I have an instant dislike for any restaurant that allows their staff to do this … let...

This restaurant is located in Frankfurt's business district, right next to the (by the way underwhelming) Sheraton Congress Hotel, where I was staying on a business trip. There is nothing to see or do in this neighborhood after office hours, but if you're looking for...authentic Korean food – it's surely worth the trip. The interior is old-fashioned Korean, and is best described as kitschy. The restaurant is managed by a Korean family, and when I was there it was full of Korean expats. There were hardly any locals, but I did overhear a few conversations in English and Polish.
