Restaurant Sakura - Menú

We were here for the second time in a short period. wonderfull fresh tastefull food, beautifully dressed on the plates. The chef and his team adapted the plates according to our many food allergies (we informed him of course days before). We had absolutely...no health problems afterwards. We have eaten the wakame salad; dishes that are not on the menu because adapted by the chef; Nama Harumaki; sushi combination ; dessert. Accompanied by sencha green tea. All excellent.

Wir haben mal wieder den Weg ins Sakura gefunden. Schon nach der Vorspeise haben wir bedauert, dass wir nicht schon früher wieder da gewesen sind. Das EbiAvo war ein Traum. Die Misosuppe im Sakura ist mittlerweile eine meiner Lieblingssuppen geworden. Als Hauptgang hatte ich das Kalb mit Ponzu-Soße und meine Begleitung Kamo. Beides ein Genuss.Ich möchte das Sakura aus meiner Liste der regelmäßig zu besuchenden Restaurants nicht mehr streichen. Es gehört für mich zu den Top-Adressen in Aachen.

it is full of good and we had a wonderful afternoon here. the chairs are very comfortable and the distance between the places I find extremely reasonable. they don't get a trace of feeling how to eat fish on the dosis evening. services are always very friendly and super-preparing. which makes us absolutely much joy during each visit. good, various readings of food and drink. I was really happy with my friend to feel a native in our environment, which we can afford today at the end of the month without restriction.

Amazing!!!! we have eaten : sushi pieces and roll, wakame salad, fish, and sashimi. -Sushi's are beautifull presented, fesh, wonderfull equilibrated taste... -The homepickled Ginger are perfect!.... -Variation of fresh, high quality products, nicely presented…. Service is absolutely friendly and attentive for the...clients' needs. allergie : the chef made it possible to eat gluten free, pepperfree, dairy free, eggfree and red meat free!!!! An excellent experience, we certainly go back the next time we are in Aachen...

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Unser Essen wurde in mühevoller Kleinarbeit hergerichtet und auf nettem Geschirr serviert. Die 5 Gänge wurden uns in angemessenen Zeitabständen gereicht, so dass wir einen sehr gemütlichen Abend in netter und angenehmer Atmosphäre verbringen konnten. Für meinen Geschmack war das Essen leider eher unspektakulär und geschmacklich wenig phantasievoll abgeschmeckt. Sojasauce bestimmte weitestgehend den Geschmack der Speisen. Es war ein netter, lustiger Abend. Die Rechnung war wie die Preise erahnen lassen, entsprechend hoch.

Kleiner Japaner auf der Trierer Straße. Am Teppan Grill ist Platz für 3-4 Personen. Die Tappen-Yaki Gerichte werden sonst aber auch an den anderen Sitzplätzen an den Tisch serviert. Wir hatten das Glück Platz am Grill zu bekommen. Man kann sowohl einzelne Gerichte von der Karte wählen, oder zwischen 5 und 6 GängeMenue auswählen. Wir hatten das 6 Gänge Menue und haben uns einfach überraschen lassen. Für uns hat einfach alles gepasst - der zeitliche Ablauf die Produkte, die Zubereitung - wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Auch der Preis (50 EURO für das 6 Gänge Menue pro Person) geht absolut in Ordnung.

The location is not the nicest: it is near to a very busy road, with lots of grey buildings around. But the inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated, and the food definitely compensates the lack of a nice view. It is definitely worth a...visit! We go very often for lunch at the restaurant: they have a great lunch menu, for a very good price. As starter, there is a miso soup. As main dish, I normally choose the salmon teriyaki (with side dishes of rice and salad) the salmon is perfectly done, with a very delicious sauce. My husband normally goes for the chicken Katsu fried chicken, also with rice and salad as side dishes.

For years we kept being disappointed after the closing of Aachen's EDO, the great Teppanyaki restaurant which served exquisite original Japanese food of all kind. Even more we are now delighted to have found SAKURA, a similar kind of restaurant recently opened by a former...EDO employee... and the food is absolutely perfect! You don't need to be an addicted manga reader or freak of Japanese stuff: Anyone who enjoys delicious food and brings an hour or two of his time will enjoy this place with all senses. Price-wise probably not for everydays nutrition prepare to spend more than what you would generally pay but after you enjoyed the surprises included in a YOSHINO or some other meal combo......

This restaurant really surprises my husband and me. Tucked in the corner of Brand, a satellite city of Aachen, it has probably the best sushi I have tried in Europe since I moved here in We ordered, as appetizers, Gyoza (fried dumplings), Okonomiyaki (Japanese...Pizza), Edamame, and Tuna Avocado salad. They are all delicious! The highlight of the appetizer if the tuna salad, in which they threw in cubes of crunchy tuna mixed with avocado, soja sauce, sesame seeds and oil. Heaven! The main was a platter of nigiri sushis. Usually I am very finicky about the selection. For example, I usually tried to avoid prawn and mackerel sushi, because there million ways to effed it up.
