Just stoppped in here for coffee and have to say this view is one of my favorites. Since we were there early, we basically had the terrace to ourselves. The only reason I didn't rate this higher is because I only had a drink here. If it was just the view, then it's definitely five stars.

This restaurant is quite good looking and has a breathtaking panorama of the Alps. I would recommend you try it out in spite of the high prices (which is expected from a restaurant on top of a mountain). The staff is kind and doesn't send you away even if you only order a cup of caffee (which is delicious by the way). Ver carta

Restaurant has a terrace where there are really amazing views. Even though the set look a bit expensive the food prices are reasonable. I already ate worse in ski huts for higher prices. Waiters were nice and we were satisfied with their service. It took us an hour to eat pizza in wiener schnitzel but were not in a hurry.

Dispite the beautiful view, the service and the food are horrible. The service is one of the worst one. If you are coming for ski , you will spend a lot of time for order, deliver and pay for the food. If you are not in a hurry is not a problem. But if you want to enjoy the slopes you have to take into consideration at least 2 hours to eat something.

Booked a table on the terrace for our Christmas Day lunch after stopping for a drink. Helped by a beautiful sunny day, it was great to sit out and admire the view. Service was friendly, but slow when we wanted our bill. My husband had ribs which he said were disappointing, tasted like they'd been sitting around a while. I had the rösti with cheese which was also just average. Definitely worth a visit though, if only for a drink. Ver carta

The restaurant is really big and beautiful, with an incredible panorama over the Swiss Alps towards Italy and the Samnau Valley. The restaurant is at the cable car station and can be reached on foot in two minutes. Sitting on the large terrace you can see chamois or marmots, just like us. The food was so-so. My dumpling soup was sour. That means the soup is a bit older and has gone sour. The dumpling was delicious. My complaint was immediately taken seriously and we received a grappa. That was really fair. Otherwise it is really very nice and recommendable.

So ... to the 4 points. It's just a stopover. More like a canteen. But... the food is really delicious, the service is top notch, just as you could wish for it. OK, we were there outside of the ski season, but everything worked out for us. Tip: Buy the menu at the bottom of the cable car. It's worth it for two reasons. Firstly, you save yourself a few Fränklis and secondly, it's also delicious. And that's not just because of the mountain air! Little murmurs and ibexes were our onlookers and so we not only had something to satisfy our hunger, but also something for the eyes. Keep it up.

A nice modern looking building perched on the very edge of the cliff looking towards Samnaun. This restaraunt probably has the best views of the whole ski area and the outdoor terrace takes full advantage of this. However, I would not recommend stopping here due to the terrible service. The interior is decorated and laid out exactly like and other mountain cafeteria but the only offer table service, even for just a hot drink. That would be fine in principle but unfortunately there are not enough waiters and the ones there are do not pay attention to who is waiting for them.
