"Have had a deluxe room for 3 nights. Large bathroom plus room. Disadvantage: no air conditioning! The sun banged through the windows and you had to leave the windows. However, it was problematic that the hotel and restaurant kitchen had exactly 2 floors deeper on its own side under our window to the parking side also always the windows open and the smell flowed into our room. Luckily, it was late in the evening and the problem was fixed. Room otherwise ok, 3 star-typical. Dark corridor to room, dark brown carpet and dark brown furniture are a matter of taste. Doors extremely bright and with simple clink more like a living room door. You could never forget to close from the inside. Room service staff sat two times before the room door laterally in a chamber on the floor and waited for admission and came once accidentally stormed into the room when we were still in. But then I apologized. We are not coming back"

Wir waren mit 7 Personen beim Ochsen zum Essen.Jedem von uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt.Das Salatbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl mit freischen und angemachten Salatvariationen.Das Fleisch und die Vorspeisen sind sehr lecker.

The service is very friendly and helpful. With the order it goes very flott and the drinks and the food also comes very fast. There are not only steaks, but also citizens and panned carvings with pommes and salads. Very delicious

Great urge on Mother's Day, had booked the 2nd shift. Drinks came fast, food after 45 minutes. Two steaks well fried, one short fried. Tastefully good, for the amount of guests that worked well. It's recommended if there's less going on.

Very warm hotel with excellent cuisine and good price performance ratio. The rooms unfortunately do not have a possibility to cool and accordingly it was difficult to find at over 30 degrees sleep. (Air conditioning was of course not advertised, so everything is fair

We were 5 people at noon and, despite well visited, were served quickly and the food came simultaneously and quickly for everyone. Taste absolutely very good and also abundant. This was the first time, but it certainly wasn't the last time we ate here. The food, service and the ambience are excellent.

The salad bar leaves hardly any wishes, harmoniously to the offered dishes! Vegetables, nuts, mushrooms and meat were on the spot. The sauce was a little too salty to me. This is due to my diet.The staff is young, friendly and very well maintained. There's only one point I can complain about. My espresso had no beautiful crema. I can't say to the hotel, I was just hungry! That's why there are no pictures. There was no time

We stayed at Steakhouse Bad Saulgau on Easter Monday for lunch. The service personnel were very strenuous and friendly. The map is very extensive and versatile. The dishes are nicely dressed and the portions are right. It is a shame that a steakhouse (whose obviously performance should be the exact cooking points) could not meet the desired cooking levels of the steaks even after the first complaint. We hoped for the price.

Wir waren zu Gast im Hotel Ochsen und was liegt da näher, als auch das hoteleigene Steakhaus auszuprobieren: für uns ein Volltreffer.Das Personal ist im Steakhaus genau so nett und kundenorientiert wie im Hotel und die Speisekarte bietet eine feine Auswahl an hervorragenden Steaks, die wie bei der Bestellung angegeben, den richtige Bratzustand hatten: Rare ist Rare und Medium-Rare ist Medium-Rare. Zusammen mit einer guten Flasche Bodensee-Wein gibt es keinen Grund, an diesem Abend noch irgendwo anders hin zu wechseln.Wir können das Steakhaus sehr empfehlen und manche Steakhaus-Kette könnte sich hier was abgucken.

It is a very cozy restaurant where the guest is in the first place. We were a small team with 7 people and were warmly welcomed. With friendly tips from the waitress we were guided through the map and we were overwhelmed by the variety of quality of dishes and the short waiting period we had at the best dinner time. I had an Argentine hip steak with me and write a half kilo. It was like ordered medium rare and was butter tender there were 2 different delicious herbal butter species and delicious soft baguette bread . We were overwhelmed and will of course come back. The price and the cozy restaurant are absolutely recommended. Thank you for the wonderful evening .

"the Upper Swabian Bath Saulgau is – gastronomically seen – still the terra incognita for us, although there are good friends there (but they cook excellently). reason enough to insist on an outdated last week. our first choice, however, has closed on Sundays, so we need to resort to further recommendations. the “home on the market” seems to have a good call, especially in the case of the hearty, earthed, traditional cuisine. In a monumentally protected and stylishly best-reuted work building (with ochsen blood-coloured valley), there is an elegantly decorated restaurant where different shades of color prevail between black, white and anthracite. on me the playful furniture with a cuddly seat and inviting lusten has something to put and artificial. on the upper floor offers a rustically held room with windows and wooden furniture sufficient space for family celebrations and corporate events. for the best, almost summer autumn weather, they should definitely use the terrace. here you can sit comfortably on pseudo-basket furniture between olive trees and Mediterranean plants and watch the ride on the market. we are still the first guests in the best midday, but then we entice through our pure annoyance a true doll of followers: first an American tourist couple, then a larger group of cyclists, finally more starving. first, no one shows up for a good time so that we organize two menus. as after a long waiting period and already well filled terrace finally the service appears, the table for table takes up one after the other all orders. that is forever, we declare that we were here first and that we had already wished together, but that we have ignored each other without any thought. but now for the offer. a large part of the speer carries the "Schmeck-den-Süd-Siegel" on the map, characterized by a stylized lions. should stand for regional cuisine, which is generously interpretable. the recommended card, which is advertised in the internet with the focus on Galloway-Fleisch (which comes from the operation of the family room in saulgau), we do not find a pity. a galoway bark with a peel of bevelled or sprinkled leber, sweet and heart from the bad saulgau galoway bark with roasted carrots would have been very interesting.
