But in the conservatory area it was at least much less sticky than in the hotel building-side part of the restaurant. We had reserved a table, which once again proved to be good, because when we entered the mountain restaurant, another guest had already been in the service around our table. The ambience in the conservatory is a little strange, as you sit on the window side with the head on approximately the same level as the sidewalk and accordingly the passing passers-by constantly look at the feet when you look out the window. My fish plate (Lachs, Zander and Rotbarsch) was more likely to be classified in the lower area in the taste order of all previous fish fillets. All three filets were somewhat fried and no longer tender and juicy. Vegetables are most likely frozen, which was thoroughly cooked. broccoli and cauliflower without any bite strength, and also the beans were no longer very attractive and already cooked. Vi fik Hawaii schnitzel og gorgonzolaschnitzel. Vel tilberedt og velsmagende. Venlig betjening. Fint sted at besøge, når det ikke skal være for dyrt men godt.

Uns wurde die Badebekleidung im Zimmer entwendet und wir haben trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktversuche keine Antwort bekommen, weder schriftlich noch telefonisch. Wir finden das sehr bedauernswert und werden in Zukunft davon absehen, dieses Hotel zu buchen.

Wir haben dieses Restaurant zu viert besucht und waren alle sehr zufrieden.Die Bedienung war schnell,umsichtig und freundlich,obwohl das Restaurant voll besetzt war.Das Essen hat allen geschmeckt,jeder hatte ein anderes Essen.Das Restaurant würde ich weiter empfehlen,jederzeit!

polnische Bedienung war freundlichen, verstand aber wenig Deutsch. die Auswahl an Gerichten war ok, aber nichts besonderes darunter. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, war aber auch nicht umwerfend. Es fehlte überall eine Soße. Das Haus scheint sich auf Reisegruppenabfertigung spezialisiert zu haben. Daher war der Lärmpegel leider auch sehr hoch.

Das Essen kam wirklich sehr schnell und war lecker. Allerdings ist negativ aufgefallen, dass die Bedienung schon angesichts einer einfachen Frage überfordert schien. Mein Mann hat einige Nahrungsmittelallergien, daher fragte er, welche Salatsorten in der Salatbeilage verwendet werden, da er beispielsweise Feldsalat oder Ruccola nicht verträgt. Daraufhin schaute sie uns an, als ob wir gerade mit extrem fachlichen Fremdworten um uns geworfen hätten.

Einen Punkt gibt es nur, weil man sonst keine Bewertung abgeben kann.Das Essen war grauenhaft, Tiefkühl-Cordon bleu, aus dem das Wasser raus lief, wenn man es geschnitten hat. Bratkartoffeln, die geschmeckt haben, als wären sie zum Cordon bleu in die Friteuse geworfen worden. Eine 'Salatvariaton', die sich der Küchenchef überlegt hat, bestehend aus Rotkohl, Weißkohl und Karottenstreifen, ohne Dressing versteht sich!An alle, die sich überlegen, hier essen zu gehen: macht einen großen Umweg um das "Restaurant" Villa Ingeborg. Vorab: es geht nicht um das Hotel, sondern um das Hotelrestaurant an zwei Sylvesterabenden: 2006 und 2008 ! Wir sind 5 Ehepaare und hatten uns jeweils zum Abendessen am Sylvesterabend angemeldet. Im Jahr 2006 dachten wir noch, dass die 1,5 stündige Wartezeit auf das Essen nach Aufgabe der Bestellungen ein sehr unerfreulicher,aber eben einmaliger Umstand war.Leider wurden wir 2008 sogar noch mehr enttäuscht...knapp zwei Stunden saßen wir vor unserem 1. Glas Wein und waren uns selbst überlassen ! Das musste Gründe haben,weshalb uns das Personal mal gleich den Chef persönlich an den Tisch brachte.Das Auftreten des Herrn Lentz, war alles andere, als freundlich.
